"A clean, basic guest house. It is clearly not a five-star "Hilton" hotel nor does it claim to be. The main thing is that it was clean and during our stay quiet. It will not win awards for having the latest design or furnishing but for our purposes it was more than acceptable. "Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at the Fireman Center. Olga was a wonderful host, she showed us around and gave advice for places to see in the area. The room and bathroom were very spacious and cozy, everything was very clean. Our kids loved the fire station theme and had a lot of fun with the fire trucks, the mini golf, and the trampoline outside. We will definitely come back!"

"Excellent venue - would definitely stay at the same place again next time in Helsinki. The apartments are self sufficient and there’s local grocery stores nearby if you want to do a bit of cooking. 24 hr gym access (local gym) was definitely a perk. Plus walkable to most of the major tourist destinations in Helsinki made it a really good stay. "

"Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?"
