"Check in was painless and easy enough even though I turned up at 1100. Room was clean and functional. The only gripe was an electrical socket not being securely attached to the wall in the bathroom. There was plenty of food left out for breakfast but no cereal or fruit juice on both the days I was there. So I just stuck to some bread and meats. Just wasn't sure what all the other stuff was. "

"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. "The property was nice and so was the staff. The only cons was that some of the amenities announced were not open (for example, the roof top restaurant. I think the spa too). Also, for some reason, the toilet papers rolls in my bedroom were never replaced so after I personally asked some new ones in the beginning it got to the point where I went out and bought a bunch of them so I wouldn't have to worry anymore.
