"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. "This was the worst hotel amongst the many hotels we stayed in during our month long tour of Turkey. We arrived at midnight and the staff who received us were very nice and helpful. They carried our bags to the room and gave us information on the breakfast and even brought a fridge and put it in the room.
