« The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. « We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem. »

« Ces petites maisons mobiles sont proches du Grand Canyon et reste une bonne option pour ceux qui ne peuvent se permettre le village. Par contre, l’intérieur laissait à désirer; des meubles brisés, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas, la cuisine pas très propre et pas de lavabo dans les salles de bain. L’air climatisé faisait un bruit d’enfer et nous avons dû la fermer pour la nuit afin de pouvoir dormir. Bref, cet endroit pourrait bénéficier d’un meilleur entretient. »

« Such a beautiful area and property. We LOVED the huge porch every morning and evening, beautiful Mountain View. The hosts provided so many extras and perks - tons of coffee pod options, trail mix and snack bars, and a stocked spice cabinet. The board game options were a big hit with my teens in the evenings. Only 30 minute drive to Grand Canyon trails. It was a wonderful stay with amazing hosts! »
