"Beautiful hotel. Loved the decor, atmosphere, and the subtle relaxing scent of this hotel. Jermaine (the room manager) all of the front desk staff, as well as the cleaning staff all went out of their way to be helpful, welcoming, and friendly. It was also a fun bonus that the rooms have a turntable and vinyl records to borrow. The only con would be that there is no elevator, but again the staff were happy to help with the luggage."

"This home is stunning! No detail is missed. You truly will enjoy every minute of your stay here. Communication with the owner was extremely responsive through the booking process and stay. Pros: (1) Basics provided such as paper towel, toliet paper, washing detergent, soap, coffee, coffee filters. (2) Bikes were provided but we were unable to use them due to weather. (3) Linens were amazing and scrumptions (4) Beds very comfortable. (5) Cozy indoor/outdoor fireplace. (5) Location was great. And there is a grocery store close by for essentials. (6) Kitchen is a dream for cooking and entertaining large groups if needed. Cons: None Tip: Door locks were a little tricky on front door and primary bedroom. It's the kind where you lift the handle up and it does a double bolt lock but we were struggling to get them to work at first so make sure to check them out early on. Fun Fact: The windows open from the top or bottom pane!!"

"The house and backyard are beautiful! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. It had the right amount of space for everyone in our family to have room. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a closet sized room that fit a pack and play, which worked out really well. All questions were answered very quickly!"

"We felt so lucky to find this place- it is a good location (we had friends close by) and it worked for our needs of home base/sleeping quarters for our family. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. There are 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which is so helpful. The kitchen is simple and spacious, we didn't use it much but felt like we could easily have cooked in it and had everything needed. There's a grill too which is so nice to have. The place is circa 90's throughout; but clean! So clean! It's outdated but well maintained. There were a few things like a broken tile in the bathroom and some rough for wear side tables that could use some attention but overall, for the price, it works great. The shared spaces are really great and the beds comfy. The downfall of this place is that it smells super intensely of must. The smell permeates every item you bring into the house. After leaving we have to air out all of our belongings, wash every bit of clothing and ensure that our suitcases and outerwear is deep cleaned before storing for our next trip. The smell made it tough to stay long in the house and irritated us while trying to go to sleep (luckily there were fans, air purifiers and windows/upstairs sliding glass door with screen to use when we were in the house- this helped). The bottom line is that if this house was more up to date it would be even more overpriced, so sometimes you have to give and take with certain things (but not smells- those are a tough one)."
