Fabulous stay!
The location was very convenient, the place was easy to find, easy to access, nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Geat value for money.
Nice, clean apartment, walking distance to bars restaurants and the train station. We stayed for 7 nights using the apartmnet as a base to explore the Amalfi coast, only downside is the balcony is over looked so not very private but all in all great value for money for waht we used the apartment for.

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

Hi, sorry to read this review. We work hard to make our guests happy, but I need to clearify that in this property we have 5 small apartments each one with kitchenette, balcony and private bathroom. It's clearly written in our self check in procedure (you received one on Expedia and one on your e mail) how to reach the property and at least 2 phone numbers in case you need help. Nowhere we mentioned to have a swimming pool or that breakfast was included. The swimming pool is nearby, NOT FOR FREE but can be used by all our guests in SUMMER SEASON (you stayed with us in November) It's also quite clear in the Expedia description. We never got the chance to clean your apartment during your stay, because the NOT DISTURB sign was on every single day during your stay. For your next bookings I suggest you to read exactly you're booking. My best regards.

Great location, not great amenities
The location was great - we could easily walk to the city center within minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and prevented all of us from getting a good night's sleep. We asked for some mattress pads to provide some cushion from the springs and extreme firmness, but nothing was provided. Also, be warned there is no shower. There is a jet tub with a shower nozzle, but you have to sit in the tub and hold the nozzle above you if you want to shower - it is less than ideal after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Room was a great size, even had a really nice balcony with furniture. Check in and out process was explained well. Somewhat hard to find as the hotel looks more like an apartment building and you have to walk through a parking lot to get to the entrance. Overall great location absolutely would stay again. Probably my favourite hotel we stayed at in our entire Italy trip!

Thank you for your time writing this review. First of all the morning after, in your room it was freezing, the air conditioning was perfectly working, you left it on and there was a temperature of 16 degrees. The toilet was not running and you never used toilet or toilet paper that was perfectly closed. I think that was just an excuse to cancel all the other nights that you have booked with an invalid credit card. When you asked about the towels we told you and wrote you that it was ok with us to change them every morning without extra charge. After 9,00 pm we are on duty only for EMERGENCY CALLS. Honestly you checked in at 9,20 pm and left immediately after.

Great Stay
We stayed here in April 2023. The location and apartment were very good. The business district is just a few blocks away. The apartment has a nice simple kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bathroom and a balcony. It was fairly easy to find using the email directions. I would add to the directions that the guesthouse sign is across the street (Via Parsano) from a laundromat, a wine by the liter store, a small grocery store and a school. And just before the street where the Hotel Leone is located. Self check-in was a series of passwords and buzzer. We would stay here again if we go to Sorrento.

[9/15, 8:00 PM] Lurdiana Bohorquez: L'esperienza che abbiamo avuto oggi con questo alloggio è ORRIBILE, innanzitutto NON È UN HOTEL, è un edificio vecchio e sporco che affitta una stanza, nessuno risponde o si occupa di chiamate o messaggi, hanno dato istruzioni su Whatssap per ottenere le chiavi e poter entrare e in nessun momento sono riuscito ad ottenerli, ho chiamato il numero WhatsApp per più di 30 minuti e non hanno mai risposto, alla fine ho deciso di andarmene e cercare un altro hotel e sporgere denuncia presso il proprietario la "Suite" senza speranza di riavere i miei soldi. [9/15, 8:00 PM] Lurdiana Bohorquez: The experience we had today with this lodging is HORRIBLE, first, IT IS NOT A HOTEL, it is an old and dirty building that rents a room, nobody answers or attends to calls or messages, they gave instructions on Whatssap to obtain the keys and be able to enter and At no time was I able to obtain them, I called the WhatsApp number for more than 30 minutes and they never answered. In the end, I decided to leave and find another hotel and file a claim with the owner of the "Suite" with no hope of getting my money back.

Reasonable and nice self check in apartment
Apartment is exceptionally clean, has decent AC, and larger bathroom. Has nice balcony to relax too. Kitchen is tiny but has most of the basics to reheat food and make some basics. Balcony overlooks a pool but it is for another hotel I think. There is a self check in process that requires a bit of extra attention with different codes, keys, elevators for entry the first time with instructions but then gets easier after to keep track. Overall, it was a great apartment for price and location.

Thank you for your review. Just wanted to make this review exact...You met me at my office in our other property in Sorrento at 10,30 am. I explained you where to go and to leave your bags in the hallway until check in time at 2,00 pm! But you didn't left your bags in the wrong room but you took any key and took possession of any room, without waiting for the check-in time or room alloction. Also due Covid -19 pandemic, I cannot assign the room where someone put all the suitcases on the bed sheets, used the toilet and bathroom...We had to clean the room in question to ensure hygiene for arriving guests. This has an extra cost. Now I hope things are clearer. Regards.

We found the rooms very clean, tidy and in great order. They were nicely decorated, airy and well managed. The property was ideally situated close to the railway station and to the centre of Sorrento. Having this as our base added to the enjoyment of our holiday. And leaving us some coffee was an added considerate touch. We'd have no hesitation staying there aagain or recommending it to our friends.

Very nice property to stay at - we were kindly asked via WhatsApp if we wanted the room cleaned which was good, had a small issue with bathtub which had a small leak, this was fixed same day whilst out exploring, very attentive. Nice touches such as the coffee pods on arrival, umbrellas for a rainy day, which come in handy! Location was fantastic, 15 minute walk or so to the main square and train station, some nice places to eat around this accommodation too. Would strongly consider staying here again on return of Sorrento.

Sorrento get away!
This hotel is located in a residential area which for us was great! There is a small market that we used and a laundry service close by. The room was spacious and so was the shower. Great bed and pillows. I would stay recommend and stay here again!

Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else
Lovely stay! Really felt to be made at home and little personal touches added throughout the stay. The apartment is slightly difficult to find (Google location is incorrect), however definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else when in Sorrento. Absolutely brilliant stay!

The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. I called about it and the employee were rude and told us that it is summer so we could open up a window to let the heat in but that they will not give us blankets even if we wished for them. So we slept badly. Also we found out the matteres were turned the wrong way. The side you sleep on was turned to the floor. At first jumping on the bed it was hard as a rock and didn’t give in at all. We had to turn the whole matteres around and make the bed again ourselves. Over all we really were wating on this trip to Italy and a great hotel but it was big dissapointment.
