Great Family Vacation
Great place to stay. Staff is very helpful and service was excellent. Breakfast was great and the drinks and food at the pool was my families favorite. The only thing we didn’t like was the size of the shower, it is small. And our wives didn’t like that you have to hold the power button down on the hair dryer to keep it working. Bring your own. But we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Sorrento.

It had a pool with a bar attached where you could buy food. Serving staff all nice. Some bits of hotel dated but room was nice. Bathroom tiled throughout with shower.

Shower big enough for average size adult to stand (barely) & not bend over. Bed basically 1950s couch. Some staff superb, others not. Asked for glass or bottle of water at check out in order to take a pill- told to walk upstairs and buy one from pool (€500 / night room). Asked for change at Desk for €20, told they don’t have change. This is a Motel 6, but in Sorrento

Property is dated but clean. Breakfast included is spectacular and professional. Pool staff also great. Only negatives are very thin walls (could hear the neighbor coughing at night) and towels are not supplied at the pool, which seems to common but is still annoying to have to “rent” towels.

Although staff are friendly, this is not a 4 star hotel and the description on Expedia is totally misleading! There is no sea view unless perhaps from the 5th floor; bathrooms need serious renovating - shower doors don't open and close easily, never thoroughly cleaned; no air con (when I was there), and the gym is nothing but 4 pieces of rusty abandoned crap in an unused basement restaurant... the list can go on and on...

No shuttle. Reception staff - not friendly and do not go out of their way for anything. Noisy. Pool shuts early which would be good at the end of a long day before going out for dinner. Do not offer help with bags as taxis don’t come to door

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The location is amazing and the view we had from our room was incredible. Even though rooms may be a bit dated it’s actually more enjoyable than fill modern so you really feel you are in Italy. Amazing staff always helpful and breakfast and drinks were also great! Highly recommended and priced very well.

The rooms we stayed in had there own small balcony. The pool bar food was good and offered its pasta and pizza items as gluten free options as well. We also got upgraded for one night to there new 5* hotel the Lorelei Londres

Easy and close to shopping
This property is basic but very well located to go and enjoy shopping in Sorrento. My room was very very small but clean. The shower is very small I’m 6’4 but I made it work. Not the best for a long stay but for a couple of nights sufficient. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

No lift to 4th floor and only had a small window with a skylight. Handle to operate skylight not very good. Room dim at night. Bed was very average. Overpriced . Unable to upload photos to show the room.

Very Happy with this hotel choice !
So happy with this choice ! Hotel staff is superior !!! Incredibly helpful with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Location is walking distance of everything! Plenty of chairs at the pool ! Great balcony and wonderful air conditioning making for a very pleasant temperature when it was so hot outside ! Will stay there again !! Would like the option to add a continental breakfast to the room fee. (or might have missed this option when making my room reservation ) Thanks for a wonderful holiday !!!!

Fantastic location
Fantastic location. Nice pool area. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Our room didn’t look as nice as we would have expected. Poor sound proofing (you could hear any whisper next door). Room doors shuts loudly. I was waken up several times at night. There is no way you can close the door quietly. Despite that we would stay again.
