Wine Country Base - Great Facility
Expected a decent motel for our Napa valley wine tour but it turned out to be much better than expected. Really clean and well cared for. Great staff. Nice continental breakfast. Highly recommended! Try the chicken salad salad at the nearby Sunflower Caffe (that's how they spell it!) :-)

Excellent hotel, great value
Very comfortable stay, extremely friendly and helpful staff, incredible value. The hotel gets all the little details right. They also provided all kinds of discounts that helped save $65 on wine tastings. About a mile from center of Sonoma, walkable distance. i highly recommend.

A very quiet and reasonable alternative to pricey Sonoma hotels or cookie cutter motels. Many amenities. Spacious room + dressing area, lovely interior garden, good-size swimming pool, nice furnishings and high quality feather pillows! Breakfast included tasty fresh fruit, quiche, hard-boiled eggs plus regular continental fare. Easy access to main part of Sonoma (5 min) but being away from the traffic was a plus.

Nice hotel for visiting Sonoma and wine country
Good stay for our visit to Sonoma. From the road the place looks like a motor inn but go further back and many of the rooms face a large and quiet garden courtyard, which was unexpected. The pool and hot tub area was large, well laid out and clean. Not much of a fitness room. We stayed in a room with a gas fireplace which was OK. Flat screen TV had HBO which is a nice touch and a break from the usual basic cable junk. Has after 10 PM noise rules which we appreciate and the place was quiet for the 3 days we stayed. After leaving the hotel we realized we had left something behind and the staff was able to locate the item and ship back to us which, for me, says a lot about the quality and integrity of the staff. Overall good value and a place we would come back to.

Affordable and weet spot in Sonoma
I went to Sonoma to write in isolation. I didn't want to spend a lot, but wanted to be in a pretty area for walks and maybe take advantage of hot springs. While it is adjacent to a busy road on two sides, the landscaping and fountain provide a buffer from the noise that works well, especially if on the side furthest away from the road. Room and bathroom were sweet.

Very nice budget motel with gorgeous grounds. We enjoyed our stay at the Pueblo Inn and were pleasantlyh surprised by the breakfast that included a delicious quiche.

Good location for wine touring
They upgraded us to a room with a fireplace and private patio (too chilly to use it however). The room was very nice and roomy. The only issue is that it was under the stairs so you could hear people walking up the stairs and rolling their luggage.

I stayed here with some friends visiting in Brazil and was able to enjoy the fitness center and breakfast. It was a lovely stay and an easy walk to downtown. Complimentary breakfast was phenomenal.

Nice big, clean rooms
This seems like a little older hotel that has large, spacious rooms that are very clean. It has been updated, painted, well maintained and is in a great location. Hotel staff was friendly however they were not real helpful if you need to ship wine home. It is Sonoma so I'm sure they will get up to speed in no time.

Great last minute find
Im from Solano county and had some work done on my house that wasn't ready for me to settle in so I decided to treat myself to a night away! I really loved the lush landscaping and the soothing sounds of the fountain. My room was cozy, clean and very quaint. And I love the yummy treat that was in my room (biscotti) and thank you for the stocked up coffee maker amenities! Real creamer mini cups! I will return!

Nice room, a bit old-style but comfortable. You can't walk to the center square of Sonoma, but that's a good stop to enjoy the wine country.

About a 5 minute car ride to Sonoma Square. You could walk, probably take 20 to 25 might minutes. Nice hotel, great staff. We've stayed there 3 times, I guess we like it.

The room my family stayed was even better than mine due to the brick wall behind the bed which added a cozy, rustic feel to it. I also suggest getting a room facing the garden.

Quick, Easy and Comfortable
Great customer service from all staff members. Easy check in and out. Great complimentary breakfast. Beautiful and simple courtyard grounds. Great location, close to everything downtown. Only thing i didnt care for is that the inn is located at a curve in road where you can only turn right from off of parking lot, but this wasnt a really big deal.

A nice surprise
We thought this hotel would be just ok, but it was a pleasant surprise to find it well-kept, clean, and very friendly. The room was basic, but comfortable. The hotels' gym was small but had the right amenities, the breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with the water fountain adding to the ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience and we will stay there again!

Relaxing inn, good value.
Simple and clean inn in a good location. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Sonoma's central plaza. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful for advice on wineries, etc. Don't expect luxury but the inn has everything you need, is clean, and well located. Perfect for enjoying Sonoma and the wineries!

Check in was easy and friendly. The lobby welcomes with a lit fire and beautiful furnishings The room was very spacious and clean. The botanical gardens through out the property were gorgeous. Superb motel for a Sonoma visit
The best continental bkfst! Fresh orange juice, local pastries, homemade quiche! Most affordable rate in town. Beautiful landscaping, great spa/pool Gracious front desk. Room a bit dark due to extensive plantings outside! Next to major street but room noise not a problem and convenient to or away from town. Abundant parking, free wifi.

Very good but needs an elevator is you have luggag
The room was wonderful with a fireplace that worked at the touch of a button. It was November, so it was needed. Great location. The only downside is that it has no elevator or lifts for luggage, so getting our bags up to the second level was a bit difficult for two seniors, with tricky knees. The young woman at the front desk offered to help, but with two weeks worth of business and casual items in 4 bags, it was a challenge. So if you have a bunch of luggage, be prepared to haul it up the steps yourself. Other than that it was a nice stay, a very nice breakfast buffet, and a clean and comfortable room.

Great Value in Vineyard Country
We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. Very hospitable staff and clean rooms. Nothing fancy but still very comfortable. It was a great staging area for us to see Sonoma and other surrounding communities. Conveniently located too. Modest continental breakfast in the morning.

I thought the El Pueblo Inn was fantastic, and at a great price compared to fancier places around. The room was clean and comfortable, with heavy, mission-style wood furniture with two comfy chairs instead of the classic couch. The bed linens were soft with lots of pillows. The courtyard had well maintained, refreshing landscaping, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I liked the fresh, local pastries, too. The staff were helpful and friendly, (even at 2 a.m., when we arrived) but not hovering. Another bonus-- FREE internet in the rooms! Fancy hotels charge you for that. The hotel was close to town (Sonoma) with it's nice town square, shopping and restaurants. There were bike rentals at the hotel, but we did not have time to try them out. We really enjoyed El Pueblo Inn and all it offered.

Great couple of nights stay. Really helpful reception staff, especially when we had car problems on the last day. Its a mile or so from Sonoma square where there are lots of great tasting rooms and restaurants. The rooms are a good size and the hotel facilities were great value for money. A great breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend it.

It really was a good hotel to stay at for a quick business trip. The location was good and the staff was lovely. The continental breakfast was excellent and the rooms were fine. The only drawback I would say is that the fountain in the courtyard (all the rooms face the courtyard) was very noisy with the constant water and also there was a gurgling noise from the water being filtered through and drained. It was also noisy when people were walking upstairs. Otherwise, it really was a decent place to stay.
