Amazing Stay At Sonoma Field House
My wife and I spent a wonderful stay in Sonoma here and it was one of the best places we have stayed in. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a side road just off of the main road just a few minutes drive from the plaza, situated with a lovely view of the fields and hills. The house itself is perfectly sized for a couple, with a great layout, and some great design choices for visitors. This is our now our favorite place to stay and we will be back if only to stay here in this wonderful house.

Small and cozy, well designed
Small but cozy and perfect for 1-2 adults. Everything looks & feels new which is nice ( And not in an ikea way lol… used Quality pieces) Bed & pillows were comfy. The house was very well decorated & designed. They did a great job with the layout & use of full glass doors to really maximize the view and space. Looks out over a vineyard and tree covered hills; Beautiful view. Very peaceful to listen to the birds chirp. No sounds of traffic or other people, just quiet. Located just 10 min from the lodge, a hotel with a nice day spa. Would definitely stay here again. Peaceful & Serene.

Quiet Cottage with a view
We loved staying at the Sonoma Field House. It was so quiet and private and super clean! The perfect size for 2 people looking to relax, get-away and have some quiet time together. The sunrises were stunning with hot air balloons floating by each morning. It’s about 7 minutes outside of town, and was very easy to get an Uber wherever we were heading. We also did delivery groceries with no problem for the little necessities to have in the house. The host had a complimentary bottle of wine, cheese and coffee grounds for us - all local which was neat to be eating local on arrival. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. And the kitchen was stocked with extra trash bags, paper towels, spices for cooking. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Private retreat nestled in the vineyards
If you're looking for an escape from the hustle & bustle of life, look no further than this amazing house in wine country! Quickly accessible off the main road, but far enough away to always feel extremely private, the large windows are perfectly situated to provide great views of the vineyard and hills from all rooms yet still maintain your personal space. The house sits on several acres in a gated area and the owners do have another structure which they occasionally access (occurred only a few times during our trip), but it is far enough away to not feel intrusive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home base for their visit to wine country.

Perfect for Honeymoon
My husband and I started our California honeymoon here and absolutely LOVED IT! This place definitely gave us honeymoon vibes, as it was so luxurious and was one of the most beautiful and unique VRBO locations we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while looking out at the hills over the vineyard next to the property. The location was very private, yet easy to get to and not far from Sonoma Plaza. The hosts also provided us with lots of information and a welcome gift which was a wonderful surprise! I wish we could have stayed here longer, and am hoping to rent this place again in the future!

Relaxing Sonoma Retreat
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great space to relax and work; the dedicated work space allowed us to get actual work done. We ate most of our meals on the back patio and when it wasn't too hot, it was a great place to take work calls. Inside, it felt bright, open, and spacious with lots of natural light. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

A true five star home
When we walked into the house, my husband said " we have been in a lot of 5 star rated homes, and this is truly a 5 star". We felt this was a special property. The view is of a vineyard and the patio kept us coming back home to make sure we were there for sunset. It feels like you are in the country but downtown Sonoma is 10 minutes away.. We loved our stay and thought the home was well appointed, perfectly laid out, so comfortable and beautiful. The response from the owner/property manager was superior. We hope to be back in the Sonoma / Napa area and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Phyllis (property manager) was one of the best we have dealt with.

Beautiful and Peaceful location
Loved our stay. We did face a small issue with some “sugar” ants which the owner did have traps that were put out as instructed. But caused a loss of food and found them in our bags etc. With that said, we still pushed through and enjoyed ourselves, but just a little more cautiously as time proceeded. All in All a beautiful home in a great location and the house was more than accommodating to all that you may need in a trip outta town.

Super clean, modern and private experience!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is new construction located just outside Sonoma in a private vineyard. It was a quiet place to relax after a busy day in wine country. The property manager responded immediately to a call for help with a beeping smoke detector we could not reach. Hunt arrived @ 7:30 at night with a ladder. From initial phone call to problem solved was less than 30 mins. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We loved staying at the Sonoma Field House! The views were absolutely beautiful all around and it was so peaceful and gorgeously decorated! We saw hot air balloons to the East almost every morning, small planes flying overhead during the day, and we were lucky enough to see a few jackrabbits too - mostly after dark and in the early mornings! The bed and sheets were amazing - I need to ask for the brands! And the complimentary wine they left was delicious! Just a few minutes from downtown Sonoma and absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Well-designed haven.
This was an incredible property with an amazing view and gorgeous features -- and probably the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay here again. It has everything you might need, including a jackrabbit or two (or twelve) in the yard. What a great spot.

Beautiful & Quiet little retreat with wine EVERYWHERE!
First visit to wine country and we pull up to a little private retreat overlooking a small vineyard and the mountains. Perfect for a couple and just minutes from Sonoma & 30 from Napa. We did three days of wine tasting after quiet mornings of coffee watching the sun rise and being home in time to watch the sunset. We will be back in the early fall to see all the changes to the vines!

Amazing home!
This house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It is in a secluded area with lots of privacy, but a short ride away to many wineries and the Sonoma square. There is also a gorgeous view! The house is exactly as pictured, and was spotless. I hope to visit here again in the future.
