The only thing I didn’t like staying there is the fact that when you get a pet room there’s additional pet fee and your pet can’t stay in the room alone when I booked the stay I read that that the rooms are sound proof meaning that it shouldn’t of been a issue so when we wanted to walk around the casino my pet had to hang out in the car but over all room was clean the grounds was very nice 👍

Our stay here was quite lovely. The room was great, the service was friendly, and the pool and hot tub were just ehat the doctor ordered. The attached restaurant served a fantastic prime rib (Mondays only) and the only thing I didn't like was going through the smoke-filled casino to get to it.

Great place! It was our first time there. The kids had fun swimming. It was a good home base for visiting the Redwoods. Room was very nice! Clean, felt new, spacious. My only complaint is the sheets. I’m not picky about sheets but oh man, these were so rough and felt like they had been washed about 8,000 times. Everything else was perfect. We did not gamble at the casino.

Every single staff member was warm and welcoming! Very accoming. Food at the restaurnt was really good and not pricey. I recommend the ultimate na hos Had a fabulous few days and won almost $800.!

All was good except for WIFI. It was advertised that free WiFi was provided but it didn’t work and we had very little cell service. WiFi connected but it was unreliable and slow. We were unable to plan our next day until we left in the morning.

Requested a pet friendly king room for one night (New Years Eve) and was pleasantly surprised to receive one right near the exit so we could take our female black lab out for potty breaks. Room was clean, smelled "new", flooring was perfect for dogs. Shower was all glass and very large. Fridge was bigger than usual too. They greeted our dog with a treat upon arrival and even when we had checked out new years day, tracked us down before we left the property because we'd forgotten my husband's insulin in the refrigerator. Beautiful property, restaurant is great and the casino isn't too big so you can actually find people you're looking for.
Definitely a 5-star stay and will absolutely stay with them again!

It was a nice place to stay ! Lucky we didn’t mind that we found a dog ball in our room and our pup was happy about it but possibly wouldn’t have found it if it would have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was god at the restaurant and the pool was nice.

Front desk motel staff were not very friendly at check in and check out. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Security was also very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. We participated in the Thanksgiving buffet. Which was fabulous. The staff were attentive and kind. It was a plus that the pool is indoors as that made our stay more fun for our family. The pool bottom could use some maintenence. It was rough and cut the bottom of the kids feet.

The staff was great, the room was clean. This is the perfect midway point between where we live and where my stepson lives, and we're hoping this will become a frequent stop for us. While it's not the hotel's fault, a water main broke and we lost water service overnight and had no use of facilities, access to food, etc. before hitting the road the next day. We were surprised that we couldn't get something simple like a bottle of water to brush our teeth, or anything to help us with the water being shut off.

Housekeeper lied on her résumé.
Dusty and the sheets seemed clean but also not. No stains but more so debris, the toilet was not fully scrubbed and the shower could use a good scrub down. I also don’t think they swept at all. There was too much dust.

The room has a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Everyone is so nice. All the doors shut with a loud thud. There are no dogs allowed in the casino.
