A 10 minute walk from Florence main train station. And it is close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is well maintained and the smell of their hotel is so good. The breakfast is really good. Dont miss the mini pistachio croissant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. From calling us a taxi service, to actually getting a map to show us what and where to go around the city, it just feels like an old school warm and sincere hospitality which is very rare this days, specially from a hotel service.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Duomo during our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. We opted to get a room with a balcony/duomo view and we are so glad that we did. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - it’s extremely convenient, walkable, and close to so many amazing restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we particularly loved the complimentary water/coffee/snack bar. Even though the hotel is located in a very busy and popular area, it is definitely worth noting that the hotel is very quiet and felt very secure as there was a staff member available at the desk 24/7. We would definitely recommend Hotel Duomo if you’re planning a trip to Firenze!

The hotel was excellent. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was outstanding.

Excellent location for transport links and sightseeing around Florence as very central. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic with guidance on the city sights and travelling to Pisa etc, also very helpful with issues in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break to Florence.
