He also reserved a taxi for us to the train station (a nine minute ride). We are a family of four and the suite was perfect for us! "

Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "

"Room was exactly as described. The view was breathe-taking. Too narrow a window for check-in (2-4)pm, especially when arriving by train and trying to find the ever elusive taxis in Siena. There are 3 flights of stairs to handle and no elevator, but this is typical for older hotels in Italy. WiFi would have been nice."

"We stayed there at a cold (0 degrees C) winter day. The room was quite cold, the heating was off during most of the day and night and we barely slept. When we pointed this out to the receptionist/owner, he responded in a very rude way and insulted us. The breakfast was quite bad as well with stale bread and croissants."

"It’s more of a luxury bed and breakfast in a perfect location! Very clean room! It’s a short walk to the main Piazza el Campo area. Quiet neighbourhood. Alessio was very accommodating to anything we needed, recommended some great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. "
