"Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. All restaurants were open everyday to everyone. There were snacks available all day and beverages were good and well made. The staff was very hospitable. The property is very well located close to farsha cafe, old market and submarine water safari. The slides and wave pools were the highlight for the kids.Only issue was that...

"We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. "Comfortable 2 - 3 star type hotel. Friendly hosts, nice pool and aircon which is a must in the Dahab heat. Dive centre on site was good. Pretty old and worn in general but clean."

"The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. "This hotel should not be operating. No water in the shower or the toilet for the duration of our 4-day stay, and the hotel staff say there is nothing they can do about it. The rooms, bathrooms are other facilities are really old and rundown. The only positive is that the beds are comfortable. "
