"Great location just next to the metro. Available restaurant everywhere. I thought the front desk staff was a bit new and I didnt like that i have to collect my laundry at the frontdesk because they didnt took sufficient deposit. Aside from that, rooms were big tho carpets could be cleaner."

"Our family booked 2 rooms. Staff was kind to have rooms next to each other. Clean, lovely rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Helpful in arranging transport to airport. Excellent location. Would stay there again. "

"In general was very pleasant the stay at the Bund area very close and convenient location… good service and also the restaurants inside the hotel ..good idea and variety.. Breakfast was amazing buffet not expensive.. the only issues we had was with a miss understanding about a laundry service…. We ended up paying like $200 US dollars for underwear cleaning…. After do much talking they didn’t satisfy us in tge issue at all … Besides that the rest was good .."
