I am not sure if I remember the name of the lady handling the property and guest service right, I think her name is UTAMI, she is excellent in her work and attending smallest of the need and details of the guest, her team is the best. I would highly recommend this place, apart of size, it will beat any 5 star property in terms of service and guest satisfaction. Kudos to you team Origin."

"This villa is ok it needs a little bit if TLC Not enough cooking utensils , dirty sponges to clean with I had to ask for dishwashing liquid the put a small amount in a plastic container, no dish clothes etc bathroom had a smell wasn’t to bad the liquid soaps etc needed to be refilled It was like have these been left over from someone else had to get them refilled Bed was good and swimming pool was great for the kids They just need to update the kitchen and bathroom supplies Staff very nice...

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"
