“Great place to stay while in Seattle”

Staying at The Heathman Hotel was a wonderful experience - The hotel is new and clean,with all the luxeries you can ask for. All the staff there went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Our first visit to the city was wonderful in part to the fabulous HH staff! I had a package delivered to the hotel before we arrived and the staff saw to it that it was in our room when we checked in. Each morning we had the Kirkland breakfast in the restaurant and with the generous portions of fresh fruit along with the meal, we couldn't ask for more! With the convenient location, we were able to walk to nearby shopping, food, and shoreside sunset views! The availability of bikes at the hotel offered another way to see the city and enjoy the weather. We can't wait to go back!

The Heathman is an oasis and I love staying there. The food is outstanding and worth a visit just on its own. Staff is 1st rate and rooms are delightful. I have never been disappointed! Cannot wait for my next trip to the area.

“Excellent Kirkland Hotel”

This was my first time in Kirkland and I'm glad that I chose this hotel. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room service was excellent. I called to special order breakfast in the morning and the staff quickly delivered my order to my specifications. The hotel is perfectly situated near sightseeing areas. I would recommend this hotel to all visitors.

“Perfect place for a get-away”

I had an out-of town visitor, and this hotel was in a perfect location for her - at the center of downtown Kirkland, where you can walk to the waterfront, many restaurants ans shops. When I stayed with her, the room was very modern and comfortable. They gave two tickets for the Argosy cruise at the Lake Washington, and it was very enjoyable!

We called the day before to confirm our reservation, to find our reservation had been filed by first name rather than last name. It took just a few minutes to work this out, and the hotel representative was very helpfull. Upon arrival, we went to our room, to find we had been assigned a regular room, rather than a mini suite we had reserved. When we spoke to the hotel representative, there was some confussion on descriptions of rooms. The hotel representative apoligized and quickly upgraded us to a full suite, that we really enjoyed. The resturant was wonderfull, with spectacular food, and a really great three course meal deal on Sundays and Mondays. We recommended the resturant for "date night" to our local freinds.

We live relatively close to this hotel so I wasn't super excited to be "in my backyard" so to speak to get away for the weekend. That said, I was surely in for a SHOCK! This place was amazing. I arrived early in the day so that my husband and I could have only one car in their garage for the weekend when he was finished at work around 8pm. That was the beginning. I was greeted by the valet and brought inside. I was just checking in so I could drop off my bags and head home. Then later to return with my husband. I mentioned this to Davis at the front counter and he asked where I lived. Close, in the neighboring city. He informed me that they would be HAPPY to pick me up at my home with my husband so to make our "weekend getaway" feel more like we had jumped on a plane and were being picked up by the hotel! I was shocked. So, sure enough the chauffeur was wonderful. Contacted me and followed up on our departure from our home - which we ended up having to change 3 times. They were so patient! The stay went wonderful and because we had already paid for valet service for the car for two nights, they upgraded our room instead. So a wonderful view luxury suite is what we ended up staying in. It was glorious! A couple other notes: The hotel restaurant Trellis is INCREDIBLE! and we also did couple massages and soaks on Saturday. All and all, the illusion of being far away was complete and we thoroughly enjoyed Kirkland downtown and quality time together. We WILL be back! Thanks to all

“Very nice hotel in a very cute area.”

The Heathman is a very nice hotel in the middle of downtown Kirkland. The staff was very accomadating we needed to change rooms twice when we first checked in. We wanted to be next door to another family we were traveling with. They were prompt, and even supplied a rollaway bed for us, because we went from a 2 double bed room to a king room. The King rooms have large showers, and the double rooms have large bathtubs. You may want to keep that in mind when you book your room depending on what you prefer. The rooms stayed quiet and dark at night, and the turn down service was a nice plus. There is a restaurant and a spa on location, but no pool. I suggest eating at the restaurant during breakfast. The only thing I disliked about my stay was that the hotel put a $200 dollar hold on my card, and didn't inform me of the hold. It didn't end up messing me up, but I was suprised when I checked my account, and a heads up would have been nice. Overall I think the Heathman is a great Hotel and worth staying at.
