“Great stay”

I can say nothing wrong about the Hilton. I may not like the family too much but that hotel was great in service and the bar in the lobby was just perfect.

Very user friendly place. Very impressed with the staff. Smiled and very helpful. Made us feel welcome and important. Had my twin 7 month old granddaughters. Never made to feel a bother. We were very comfortable in our room. The bed was wonderful and all of the pillows were a pleasant addition. Have not stayed anywhere as comfy as this place.

“My favourite U.S hotel do far”

I have travelled alot in America, and this has been my favourite hotel so far (2005). It was friendly, the rooms were huge and well equipped, it was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The staff were really friendly and I would definately stay here if I visit Seattle again. Great base for Seattle, and Bellevue was a lovely area to stay in outside the city. Oh and lovely chocolate chip cookies on arrival!!

Very clean, good amenities, comfortable room. Only hiccup was when we had to evacuate due to a possible fire. Not too good to be out in the snow at midnight. Other than that, great stay.

The rooms are nice and large with comfortablle beds. Only thing that needed updating was part of the bathroom, but it was very nice for the money.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is sizeable so you never felt cramped and the beds are very comfortable with ample pillows. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the housekeeping, although they refilled the coffee the sweetener was not filled daily. The room was cleaned to different levels, one day it looked like the day we checked in, other days it seemed they couldn't be bothered to do that, and I didn't appreciate finding a wet cleaning rag hanging on my suitcase. BUT all in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would myself stay again.
