“Excellent!”

This is a beautiful hotel and it is reasonably priced. It's located in downtown Seattle, so it's very close to multiple attractions and sites. When I visit Seattle in the future, I will definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott!

“Comfortable, convenient, with a view of the lake.”

The hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions and directions. The decor was uninspiring and typical, but seemed to be well cared for and in good condition. Our view of Lake Union was quite nice with a clear view to watch the sea planes take off and land. The surrounding area appears to be in the midst of redevelopment, likely to take advantage of the lakefront location. Several chain restaurants and clubs are already in place. Ask the staff for local alternatives if you'd rather avoid these "everywhere" eateries. A lakefront walk is emerging, although it winds its way behind the shoreline businesses. Still, downtown and Pike's Place, Queen Ann and other interesting neighborhoods are a short taxi ride away, including the Space Needle complex if you are so inclined.

Nice Hotel which is what you expect from Marriott chain, close to downtown and walking distance to local resturants, right across from Harbor and trolly.

Great location to down town Seattle, everything was great except for the fact that our room was really hot, the thermostat wouldn't go down

When we arrived we were given a double, double room with no pull out even though I had booked a room for 5. I showed him the itinerary which showed a room for my husband,myself and 3 kids, he said that the Marriott Hotel website did not allow you to book more than four to a room. Expedia's did however and he put us in a double, double with a queen pullout at no extra charge. The double beds were a bit small but comfortable otherwise.

The staff is very nice and accomodating. The restaurant and the market will make the trip a little bit easier. And there is always free (good) coffee at the lobby. The rooms are typical for the brand but kept very clean.
