"Booked a few nights at earls cabin to break up a long drive home. Had a very easy check in while arriving late and great communication from Earl. Cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right on the river with a beautiful view. There is a house next door very close to the cabin the neighbors were very nice but when sitting on the back porch / back yard they were very close so if your looking to be totally secluded its not but again neighbors were great and rive was beautiful. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. "If you enjoy arriving at your rental and walking inside at check-in time, this place is not for you. We arrived at the guard station at arranged check-in time and told we were not on the guest list. The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals.
