"Excellent accommodation; set back from the Road, quiet and a 25 minute walk into Saumur. Every amenity you would need for a stay was available in the house. Hosts were VERY welcoming and extremely helpful, wanting to ensure that you enjoyed the accommodation, the garden and pool. A welcome bottle of wine was a great touch, an example of the hosts welcome. "We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! Annie and François were so kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the garden was amazing. Some of my children finally learned to swim confidently in the lovely saltwater pool. We visited the château at Saumur and the old town square, and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We hope to stay here again another year!"

"Once you have mastered the 68 steps to the 3rd floor you enter a lovely apartment. The lounge/diner is spacious with beautiful views over the River. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and again beautiful views over the River. The kitchen is comparatively very small but has everything you need. This leads to the shower room/ toilet with a large shower cubicle and wash basin. All in all a lovely apartment that is only 3 minutes walk from a bustling square with many restaurants/bars to enjoy."

"The owner met us at the gate and walked us through the entire property as well as letting us know the courtyard was ours any time we wanted it. Her place was so comfortable. We felt safe, enjoyed meeting other renters in the courtyard (she has 5 rentals). We were directly across the street from the Loire River which has fantastic views. We were within walking distance to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy to night life. We would come back to her place anytime. We loved it. ❤️"
