Nice hotel and great rooms but not exactly pet-friendly. Our room was located in a very busy, noisy area which resulted in our dog barking every time he heard something - which was constantly. We brought a white noise machine but that didn’t even help. I would recommend locating pet owners in less busy areas and potentially in designated areas so that people around dog owners are used to dog’s barking occasionally. I understand it’s not ok for a dog to bark non-stop in a hotel (which is why we ended up checking out at midnight and driving home - our dog wouldn’t settle in this hotel as there was a lot of noise) but if a hotel designates itself “pet friendly” you can’t expect to not hear any noises from dogs. That’s not reasonable. I have to listen to people’s kids crying and running around in the halls and don’t complain about it because it’s a hotel-I don’t expect silence. Unfortunately, when it comes to dogs, that does seem to be the expectation at this hotel.
