Overall, the stay was really good. Only problem I had run into was prior to arriving to the hotel. I called the hotel and asked about early check-in. I was advised that I could come around noon When I showed up at 12:30, was then told I’d have to wait around 1.5 hours till a room was available I was then advised that I had to pay a $35 early check-in fee which I was not told about when I had called or I would have waited until 3 o’clock check in time Be advised that if you want to check in early, there is a $35 charge no matter what you are told on the phone

The price was. The area by our room was very unsafe. From the parking lot to the sidewalk was not suitable for walkers or wheelchairs. And the step up into the room was totally too high! We could hear the neighbours next door. We understand children can be noisy when they are excited but we could hear banging several times through the night.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. On arrival, the checkin process was needlessly complicated. While the room looked alright, I nearly flipped the mattress just by sitting on the end of the bed. My daughter nearly did the same thing. The beds were hard, the pillows were terrible, the room was too hot and the AC was inconsistent. The shower head barely came higher than my chin and I'm not overly tall. It was the worst night of sleep in a hotel I've ever had and that's saying something. Then I got a call while I was working asking if I was going to extend. Remember, I had booked for two nights? Apparently not. There was no way I was going to pay for another night in that awful room. I'd considered switching hotels before that, so this was the perfect opportunity. Do not stay here.

Arrived at 4pm but clerk said our rooms weren't ready as they gave them to someone else for early check in. Had to wait an hour with 2 tired and hungry kids for another room. Once the new room was finally ready it smelled of weed and air freshener. Went back to the front desk and asked for a refund which we got and were on our way. I guess my expectations were a bit too high for the price ($67)

hot water wasn’t always functioning. never stayed at any accommodation that chained the gates closed to enter the parking lot after 10pm. mini fridge was nice to keep my drinks cold.

I have stayed in different motel's while traveling but this one is at the top. Loved the way staff was treating us and they were on point. Hats off to the management for the service they are providing with this rate and I felt very safe. They were strict with their rules and which I liked the most as they are clearly stating that it is for the security of all the guests plus the gates are closed at night. Thank You for hosting me and will always recommend Midtown Inn if anyone is travelling by Saskatoon.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The room was luxurious and well-appointed, with every amenity I could possibly need. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, and the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
