Friendly and a home from home
Staff were super friendly and couldn't have been nicer. Bed was big and clean, air conditioning worked like a dream and good choice of tasty food at breakfast. The staff in the dining area were very sweet, and kept giving me new things to try. Close enough to the old town to walk in a matter of minutes. Would fully recommend!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was sad to say goodbye to them when it was time for me to check out. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the staff cleaned regularly without going overboard. Breakfast was lovely (and especially the coffees made by the staff!). The bed was just fine, and noise carried between the rooms rather easily. Aside from that, though, I had a lovely stay.

Nice room, nice people
Conveniently located just 2 blocks up the hill from the main drag (albeit a steep walk). Very friendly concierge service with free daily breakfast provided. I would stay here again.

We got upgrade to 2 bedroom #301. Because we’re the last one to check in. It was great. But on 3rd floor, we know there is no elevator. The room needs some TLC. I bet other room is nice. The breakfast was good, the stuff excellent. They do house keeping daily. We only stayed 2 nights, no need for house keeping. Great location, we took taxi from train station to hotel only 10 euro or 20km. I will still recommend this place.

Absolutely brilliant location. A steady 3 minute walk and you are in the centre of the Old Town. The property lacks a lift and the stairs are quite steep especially as my room was on the very top floor. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable . The staff are wonderful, breakfast was ample and great quality and I would definitely stay here again. A great find!

So conveniently located! Easy to walk anywhere, perfect for a two nights trip. Staff was lovely, ready to assist with tours or travel arrangements. The facilities are a bit outdated. We almost needed written instructions to handle the outlets! Breakfast was fine. Is a small place so is never crowded.

Svært flott beliggenhet. Veldig lite hotell uten heis, mange trapper. Litt slitent. Julepynten sto framme i mai. Hyggelig personale. Parkering i gaten utenfor. Betaling for bysone 1. Vanskelig å finne ledig plass. Veldig myke senger, men romslig bad og store rom. Få kvartaler ned til hovedgaten og kort vei til basaren.

We were a large group traveling. In total we used 7 rooms but were charged for 9. The owner is a total fraud. Also, we found ants in our beds crawling on our bodies all night, it was incredibly dirty and disgusting. The only positive thing about the visit was the girl in the reception, Adisa, who was very kind and professional. The breakfast was good.

We were a large group traveling and upon check-in we asked if we could remove one of the rooms, as two of us wanted to share a room, which they said was fine, but that they will charge us for this room anyway. Then we said then we might as well keep the room since we will still be paying for it. But then we get the answer that we can't get it back as he has already rented it out to someone else. So this means that he charged for a room we didn't use, plus he charged other tenants as well. In total we used 7 rooms but were charged for 9. The owner is a total fraud.
