Bad check in and information
At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

Sem dúvida, a pior acomodação que já fiquei. Inicialmente me colocaram em um apartamento com registro de chuveiro quebrado, depois me colocam em um abaixo do que paguei e com estrutura igualmente ruim. Chuveiro apesar de não quebrado, ridículo. Não servem nenhuma refeição e não colaboram com absolutamente nada. Único ponto positivo, café da manhã. Curiosamente, servido por uma empresa terceirizada, só podia ser, afinal.

Excelente opcão no Centro
Estadia excelente para quem busca a região do Centro de SP. Hotel confortável, quarto muito espaçoso, limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado e bem servido. Atendimento geral muito bom também.
