I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days. If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help. Recomiendo mucho el Hotel pero ojo con el desayuno
Excelente opcion en Santiago lo recomiendo pero tomar en cuenta que tiene un costo adicional pedir huevos en el desayuno. Los de opción gratis deben mejorar mucho!, el desayuno incluido esta bien. Las instalaciones del Hotel muy bien La atencion del personal en especial en la barra o Bar y en restaurante es excelente. En recepcion les falta capacitar a la ejecutiva que lee la cuenta de lo consumido en vez de imprimir los consumos para uno validarlo en privado como se hace en todos los Hoteles

Nos complace saber que en general disfrutó de nuestras instalaciones y experimentó un servicio excelente por parte de nuestro personal en el bar y restaurante.Queremos informarle que, a partir de este año 2024, hemos implementado una política en la que todos los alimentos que no estén disponibles en el buffet conllevan un costo adicional. Es importante destacar que esta política incluye opciones como el "huevo", hay un tipo de huevo que si está dentro del buffet aunque, al solicitarlo preparado de una manera diferente, equivale a realizar un pedido a la carta, lo que puede generar un cargo adicional.Tomamos nota de su observación acerca de la lectura en recepción y estamos comprometidos a mejorar este aspecto para garantizar una experiencia más satisfactoria en futuras visitas. A pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados, esperamos sinceramente que considere regresar pronto para ofrecerle una estancia excepcional, abordando de manera proactiva cualquier detalle que pueda mejorar su experiencia con nosotros.

Love this hotel, the personal very nice and attentive. Rooms comfortable, but I book 2 queen beds and i got two doubles, it was little bit disappointing. There is a safe. And even if we where 4 in the room it was set for 2 people. i have to ask for more pillows. A lot of troubles with the air conditioner and it was a water lick in the shower, but after several attempts, they fix the ac, the lick still there The service at the dining room impeccable, and the people at the front desk very nice. walking distance from the metro station, restaurants and shopping centre 2 swimming pools, but the outside one very cold I will definitely recommend it

Las habitaciones necesitan ser remodeladas.
El baño necesita ser remodelado. El aire suena mucho, no se puede dormir con el aire prendido. La cortina necesita ser reparada. La mesa de planchar es muy incomoda de utilizar. La plancha me daño' una camisa porque' estaba dañada.

El hotel es bueno, pero el restaurante no abre antes de 19:30 para cenar, solo tiene un bar antes abierto. Es PET FRIENDLY entonces si quieres descansar considéralo. A mi me tocó un huesped que tenía un perro enfrente y en varias ocasiones lo escuché ladrar, me dijeron que si me molestaba mucho le pedían al dueño que se cambie de habitación. El área es buena y puedes ir al Shopping Parque Arauco caminando varias cuadras. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba completamente. Lo demás todo bien. Limpio. Dan agua y café de cortesía diariamente.

The place is great yet I liked it better when it was Plaza El Bosque. This time, I felt the hotel was not well organized and the internet was not good at all. Besides that, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the amenities are great.

Good location and spacious. But ac didnt work shuts down with error messages, they charge for the coffe capsules in the room, toilet that dosent flush properly. Not secured elevator anyone can go to your floor level. Noisy on weekends. Would not recommend.

Another good stay
On the whole our stay was excellent. The views from our high floor junior suite of the Andes and the park across the street were great, the suite was large, well designed and maintained, and with one exception very quiet. The staff is very good, helpful and well trained. Juan Jose Valldivieso and Hernan Maldonado deserve special commendation because they made great, successful efforts to help us whenever we asked for help or needed it, volunteered help and information, set up tours and airport transportation for us ,and were always very friendly and polite. There were only 2 negatives. 1. The free breakfast every morning is good and varied but the "music", if it can be called that, is almost entirely an outrageously loud, pounding bass that dominates the entire room, and it should be immediately discontinued. 2. As happened during our prior stay here, some locals like to get together late at night (this time 3:30 AM) at the gas station/convenience store next door, get drunk and scream at each other.
