Air conditioner never worked even after informing the front desk. They did absolutely to remedy the issue! Never offered to move me to another room or even discount the room rate as a concession for poor service. Additionally, I asked for a ride to be arranged to cruise port. Reluctantly arrangements were made for 10:25a for set price, but driver arrived at 10:45a in which there were other folks were going and I was late to the port, plus I was force to pay full price. They treated me poorly. It was a terrible experience!!!

I paid for a room with two balconies of sea view and did not get it and the shower was mildewy and not clean. The hotel needs updating and the elevator is for one person! I will not stay there again nor suggest anyone else to stay there.

Beautiful location! Love that it has its own restaurant. The only glitch we had was the lack of taxi availability unless it was for an airport shuttle. It’s a 20 minute walk to the train station.
