We had a pleasant one night stay at The Element in Santa Clara. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. I was pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast with tasty options from the kitchen and espresso machine. The staff were welcoming, and I look forward to returning when I am next in the area.

Fair place if you have business at Intel, though the flight path from SJC can be unbearable until after 11 PM, especially if on south side of building. Pillows so soft you need 3-4 to support head. Odd.

Love the continental breakfast & how the room was clean & tidy! Staff was really nice & professional oh & helpful when my key first didn't work & they took care of that for me. I love it & will be back there next year for a longer stay!

Good place to stay after going to Great America
The wife and I took the grandchildren (4) to Great America Winterland and stayed at Element Santa Clara. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. With the questions we asked or getting extra bedding sent up so helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was more than our grandchildren could handle. Will always look to stay there since we cannot find a better place and the hospitality Element provides!

When I checked in I was really tired, I went up to my room and put my things inside. And went to run some errands, we came back went to bed. The next morning I was making the bed, and noticed a big amount of hairs in the middle of the bed towards the end of the bed. I called the front desk and let them know. How could such a big amount of hair could have gotten there in just hours, my thought is that no one changed the linen. It was disgusting just the thought of sleeping in the same sheets of the previous guests. The thermostat was not working, the room was hot and the windows cant be open.

VERY pet friendly (dogs) with lots of areas nearby to walk them. Pet stations on site, in case you ran out of doggie bags. Room was super clean and breakfast was nice with amazing coffee. The property is nice and clean. The breakfast is just so-so but it is free so can’t complain too much. The parking is easy. It is outdoor and easy to access the hotel from different entrances. It is close to the airport and rather noisy.

I didn’t realize we were in the direct path of the airport I guess that’s the only downfall. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff polite and answered any questions. The room large and comfortable.

This property was wonderful to stay. The rooms were nice and spacious. I would be careful about going past the railroad tracks. The neighborhood changes quickly and doesn’t seem safe.
