"I cannot praise this hotel enough. The location is AMAZING and several key sights are on the doorstep. The rooms are perfect and the bathrooms lovely. One thing I would say is that the room was quite hot but later the staff explained the cooling control system that isn’t quite intuitive (ie snowflake does not mean cold, triangle does!) the room became very comfortable. It would be useful to have this noted down in the room somewhere. However, the best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff. A special shout out to Tobias at the front desk who really tried to help when a planned excursion went wrong with an external tour provider and who was in general very helpful and efficient. In fact, all staff were great and friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was great too. Will definitely return and highly recommend! "

"This was really the best hotel we were on our trip for two weeks. We stayed for five nights. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom. Front desk staff amazing, they helped us in everything we needed. And always with a big smile on the mouth. I want to recognize the job done by Lisa and Sara at front desk, and the job done by John in the restaurant serving us with excellence. Thanks for all John, Lisa, and Sara. If I will be in Vienna again, no doubt I will be in the Ananas. It is located very close to the city center, and close to the Schonbrun Palace too.
