They charged amenities for no pool no beach chairs broken vending machines no pool, no signs in parking lot. Parking lot is horrible thereare no signs for directions very dangerous. No a amenities and being charged. Smh

Resorts fees are charged for a property that has no working phone in the room, no pool, beach access but you have to pay for your chair daily ($5), you have to take your own trash out, if your stay is less than 3 days you have to request fresh towels as there is no housekeeping, the game room had about 3-4 games that work, the bar area is closed completely, the concierge well there was none. Lobby is HOT! Pay the extra money and stay on the properties next door…

I booked this property only because a friend stated the location was inconvenient, I was concerned because the reviews were mostly poor. And the review were not wrong, I only gave a three star because the location was perfect, the beach was literally steps from the property, the avenue it was located had everything you could need. The property definitely needs upgrades. We met someone on the beach which is a time share holder and stated the current owner is in bankruptcy which it explains the lack of updates but I do have it say it was clean and the staff were friendly and professional

Problem, housekeeping only every 3 days and that was totally un-American even after a request by me I was denied on day two with two adults and two kids, wow! No one would answer 0 but once out of 4 times of need. Lack of staff to maintain the most important services. Cleanliness is a must for Americans for sure. I liked the people who worked there but the clear lack of staft

Beds are tiny. They also did not tell us when booking that there wouldn’t be a pool. The staff is rude. We had to wait 2 hours to get our room. Issues with room key. Overall terrible. Beach was too packed as well.

The ESJ hotel was absolutely disgusting. Customer service was poor the hotel room was dirty. It smelled horrible. The carpet smelled they charge me twice and didn’t wanna give me my money back. They had no towels the bathtub was dirty we had to change our room. We could never get in touch with the manager I rate this hotel a zero.

The hotel room was unpleasant, had a lot of humidity and smelled abandoneds! Going out to the balcony was not a good view plus a ver loud noise from extractor fans on the building beside.

I reserved a king bed in advance, the property had nice pictures of the rooms so it looked like a good idea. I arrived and went to check in the front desk didn’t advise me that I was getting a 2 “queen” more like twin size beds in what looked like an outdated unclean old hotel. Website didn’t mention the pool was out of service until further notice. The website says no pets unless it’s a service animal but that’s not the case you can pay to bring pets there was a dog barking 2 rooms down for hours at a time. The arcade is not open for the hours it states it will be.

When we got there our first room door was not working the second room they sent us to it had ants the third room was took 3 hours for us to get into our room. We asked for the cleaner lady to come in the only gave us towels did not clean up the roomBut the front desk people was really nice.
