The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was only short Uber ride into San Jose to visit the museums. We enjoyed the numerous coffee, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood around the hotel. We only at the hotel when we arrived, We found it expensive for what we had to eat. After a day out of exploring, it was great to go have a sauna in the gym. The rooftop pool area was relaxing place to hang out in either the sun or shade.

Air condition in room was terrible. Had to ataybon 24hrs a day and was loud. Ice machine was broke for 3 days. Staff was clueless about ice and many things. Very much rookies. Not good forthe price

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Comparable to a good 4 star hotel in US. Location is good too, with several restaurant and a fresh food market just across the street. Downtown is $3 Uber ride away.

The room is very dark. When I am taking the shower the floor is very slippery. Curtains can’t close completely. Air conditioner was not working properly. The location is inconvenient.

This place is so cheap they don’t have top sheets. They only have a comforter and I spent 2 weeks not sleeping well as a result. (I asked for a top sheet multiple times and finally got to the bottom of why my bed was missing one.)

The staff was generally very nice, but some could have been a bit more helpful and the management needs to loosen up the bar and restaurant staff to be less rigid and penny pinching. The food and drink were only okay, but very expensive. A less regulatory, more gregarious approach to the clientele would go a long way to making it a much better stay. The pool is only a lap pool, but the building was nice, as were the rooms. The location is quite good too.
