Extremely disappointed. I want my money back. 2 weeks with my family of 3 in a cramped room with tiny shower cubicle. Room 58. Keep hearing screams from my wife and daughter as each of us were repeatedly scalded by hot water in the shower. The shower water handle is in a position where you can’t help but knock it and that makes the water boiling hot or cold. In any case the shower water won’t stay constant temperature, it blows how and cold anyway. You are stood there in this tiny shower barely able to move up to your ankles in the drain water that won’t drain. I reported all this over and over. I was told my reception this these are known issues and there there is no known solution. Seriously, the hotel should refund us. What rubbish. And shame on Expedia for listing hotels like this. Why does is not say on the Expedia page that this hotel has these issues, knows about it, won’t do anything about it, at least then I know not to book this hotel. Several times the restaurant is over subscribed and then you can’t have dinner. There is a bar menu (food not good, lots of predigested food like fries), you dont to Tuscany to eat bar food and the hotel knows this form it’s only restaurant. Not OK. There is no fruit juice, only juice from concentrate. The pool is cold even through 30C air temperature. The manager won’t servee you, she only brushed me aside, she only serves new guests checinkg in. Just so poor throughout , 1/10 would be generous.
