Front desk man not friendly, cold. Parking expensive. Cruised parking lot for 20 minutes, could not find parking space after driving 3 hours. Disappointing ecperience.

Nice hotel. But front desk staff neither friendly or informative, as needed. A smile can go a long way. To know where the elevators are, how to use room key to operate, restaurant information, etc., shouldn’t have to be asked or figured out alone before being shunted off. But restaurant staff and cook are excellent and a pleasure.

Perfect hotel for an early flight out of SFO. Shuttles run every 15 minutes starting at 4 am.

Wifi did not work well at all and we were supposed to hv a free upgrade. Who on earth now charges for wifi service for heaven’s sake anyway, especially in the Westin Hotel category?!?!?

We stayed at the Westin because we had a very early flight. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We needed to use the shuttle to get to airport. The shuttle was on time and driver was very pleasant!

I was able to conveniently travel with CalTrain via the nearby Millbrae Station to Redwood City to have lunch with friends. Very friendly reception with answers to all of my many questions. My room has a wonderful view of SFO and never heard a thing!

I am not impressed with this hotel. The common areas are clean and in good repair. However, my room had long black hair in the bathroom and peeling bathroom cabinets and towels stained with something black. Parking is $48 overnight. I won’t stay here again.

A perfect hotel for a late night arrival at SFO. Beds were comfortable, check in was a breeze. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby and the free airport shuttle.
