“Lovely, quiet resort”

Very short drive to downtown San Diego and airport, also very close to Mission Beach area (great restaurant, Mission Grille, also has supermarket and Starbucks), but felt like you were in a far away land. Peaceful and relaxing. Expensive restaurants, not really worth the price.

Beautiful landscaping, hotel rooms, and surrounding views! Very very friendly and helpful staff, especially the bell boys. Great location. Walking distance of Sea World, and only a few miles from airport. Enough to do on resort grounds that you would never have to leave for things to do. Awesome food, especially at the Baleen. We Absolutely loved our stay! Great for honeymooners!

It was a great hotel to escape the daily routine. We only stayed one night, but want to go back with the family and stay longer. The location was perfect for our event. I felt I was somewhere other than the middle of a major city. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
