Upon arrival, we found out our room wasn't ready. After waiting about 30 minutes, I requested another room. When we entered, we discovered that the sheets and pillows were dirty, despite the room supposedly being ready and clean. I immediately informed the front desk. About 15 minutes later, a supervisor came to apologize, changed the sheets, and offered a $100 credit. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was a beautiful property with nice rooms in a convenient location. The gas lamp quarter is walkable as is Petco park. Little Italy is also walkable, though a bit farther. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel, but we’re a little surprised that the breakfast/ brunch on Mothers’ Day was no different from the day before. A complimentary Mimosa would have been nice.

View was nice. Staff were friendly. Tub aged. Noise was excessive with windows closed late at night and very early. Promoted EV charging but inadequate number and speed very poor.

I didn’t like the wait to use the elevators on the inside. Also the elevator to the garage only one works.

This is very nice property close to everything. We had a nice view of the marina BUT if you are looking for a good nights sleep don’t stay here. Beds are terribly uncomfortable! Stiff hard mattresses. For what you pay should be more comfortable.

This is one of my favorite hotels in San Diego. The last time I stayed, it was before Covid and coming back is such a treat! The location is perfect, the rooftop bar is amazing and it’s just a very attractive property. I will keep coming back every chance I get!!!

I liked the ease of having stores and restaurants nearby. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. The air conditioning also wasn’t super great

After paying close to an arm and a leg per night at a 4 star hotel, you dont expect to run into conditions of those that replicate a stay at a 2 star or better yet, a motel. Unfortunately for me and my girlfriend, thats exactly what happened. Paid extra to get a corner room with floor to ceiling type windows but, the windows were dirty. The handle to one of the drawers that was supposed to fixated in a horizontal position was damaged and hung loosely vertical instead. The mirror in the bathroom had what seemed to be, burn damage from the LED lighrs behind it? So as a layer of mirror film was burning away, you could see the wall in the back. And it was burning away in several places. The condition of the room from afar looked clean but as you got close and personal. All the wear was more than visible. There were so many other options for us to stay this weekend and it seems like we fell victim to catfishing from a hotel. Probably wouldn't stay here but we fell in love with the modernized lobby and view from the rooftop bar. Oh and did I say this was an Anniversary surprise from me to my girlfriend?

5 star. But 4 star for parking and no spa for wife. But again, this is 5 star for me as the front desk was accommodating and made sure we were taking care of. Balmain products smelled so good. The pool was fantastic! Even in 60 degree weather and overcast, the pool was well heated and the jacuzzi was welcoming. I swam with my son for at least an hour without getting cold! This was so underused because people think it would be too cold. Glad I listed to my 5 year old. The view from 24th floor was amazing. The Market store was open 24/7 and wife thought it was faster and cheaper to get our eat in meal here instead of room service. You’ll save a little this way. We went to the zoo and took our car there. Big mistake on a clear Saturday afternoon! I’d suggest the satellite parking or ride share. Overall, this hotel is top notch. Our dog loved it here too! Just go across the street on the other side of the track to walk the dog in MLK promenade. Many inspirational quotes from the great man. Would definitely stay here again. Parking a little light but there was a convention here. Chargers were always full so make sure you charge before you get here and have charge left to charge elsewhere when you leave.
