“Fantastic Business Location with Sight-seeing!”

Hotel staff was very accommodating and willing to help make all our sight-seeing expeditions the best. They were readily available to make reservations, give directions, and provide efficient transportation options for us between meetings.

“Spring break staycation”

We took our daughter here for her spring break and wanted a nice hotel in San Diego. Found this a good deal. The hotel is pretty inside. Outside the pool area could use some work and the landscaping is dismal. The pool was pretty cold and it would have been nice if it was heated since it was still spring. Our room was nice and we found a bowl of fruit waiting in our room when we checked in. Unfortunately the fruit was a little old and not very appealing. Almost as if it was from the guest before. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable. We did hear the trains at night but the location cant be beat and they gave us a room with spectacular views of the bay. We would stay here again.

“Great location”

The location is great. The room is very clean. I loved the fact that one of their two high-rise towers was exclusively designed for non-smokers. I had alternative access to the internet so I didn't need to pay the extra fee. And I did not need to rent a car and so I did not have to pay the extra daily fee to park.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased, the hotel is beautiful, and our room had a great view of the harbor. The hotel staff was always very friendly. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the bars/resturants/Petco Park as well as right by the Seaport Village. The staff was very helpful in helping us plan out our trip as well. The only drawback to the hotel was the food inside the hotel was a little pricey and the pool area was more for families, even though we did get a few hours of relaxation in.

For a couple getting away for along weekend, this place is perfect. It is close by the cruise terminal and downtown attractions. Well worth the money.

“Excellent location”

Excellent hotel and location. Great activities for the kids. Only problem was package included "Kids eat free of the kids menu". Hotel said that offer was only valid at the buffet; however, the buffet does not have a kids menu. The waiter was great and waived the charges for the kids.
