I stayed at the Hilton Homewood Suites on a business trip. Upon arrival not only was I given a view of a homeless man naked and urinating from my venue but also tons of trash. I had paid for a room with a "view" but this was not what I was expecting so I called the front office to change and was given attitude but they changed my room. During my stay any requests I made were given an attitude, ignored and unanswered. The amenities were DISGUSTING!!! the pool was Green and had globs of hair in it, which means it was clearly uncleaned. Same with the COLD jacuzzi which had black floaters mixed with the excess bubbles which we all know what really is when it comes to a jacuzzi. The on site Resturant had a broken door which almost cut me with the large screw poking out of it. It was a lot of maintenance that needed to be done to this facility especially for the price they charge! $310 a night!!! Crazy. Very disappointed in this for a Hilton and will definitely never be staying at this facility again.

Great place to stay downtown! Super nice, secure and clean. Very quiet even though there are train tracks along the back of the hotel where our room was located. I was very concerned at first until a metro train went by and it was virtually silent inside our room! We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel as well as not hesitate to stay here again.

While the Staff was very nice and accommodating, and the facility nice and clean. our sleep there was very uncomfortable due to the mattresses. Mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable and when asked if our mattresses could be changed out for more comfortable ones, they said they did not have any other types and that those are standard for all Hilton properties. In all fairness they did offer to flip the mattresses over for us. So, if you're looking for more plush mattresses and a good night's sleep. This is not for you. Also, the view, if getting anything other than King bed, is of the sides or back of the facility ours was the view of A-! rentals and train tracks with trains passing by regularly and planes so close you can read the airline on plane itself. Also, Parking is Valet only and it is very expensive. Valet scratched my car and did not take responsibility as they take the word of the valet managers best opinion even though they did not mark any damage on their initial inspection report.

Very convenient for walking around Little Italy. Overall very clean, and my son loved the outdoor games like ping pong and jenga. Free breakfast was nice to have, but not the greatest continental breakfast. TV in our bedroom did not work, but most tvs should be app streamable. Parking at the hotel is only valet and $55 a day! Really crazy. We were able to find street parking with a little walk to the hotel.

The staff were amazing and helpful. As for the location of our room, it was not great. Room 273 is located right next to the train tracks, we had a family with very active kids above, a party crowd next door making our sleep so much enjoyable. I also didn’t like the fact personal parking was not available.

The hotel was lovely. The valet was very fast. The one complaint is the jacuzzi. It was questionable, extra foamy and smelled almost like urine.

I liked that we had a living room/kitchen area and a separate bed room. I didn't like that the toilet was clogged when we arrived, only one of the 2 TVs worked, the bath tub was clogged and dirty, and it was very noisy like there was a bowling tournament going on right above us.

Good location near waterfront and Little Italy, with easy access to I-5 and airport. Decent buffet breakfast (included with our suite) kept family happy. Pool, ping pong and fussball tables kept kids happy. The kitchen lacked a few useful items such as a pair of scissors, a wash cloth or sponge, and a sharp knife. The sitting room did its job but was a bit sparsely appointed. It could have done with an armchair as there was room for one and a couple of small pillows on the couch. The hotel staff and valet staff were pleasant.

The sofa bed was broken. One person had to sleep on the sofa as kust a sofa. The bar stools were worn and peeling.
