Amazing grounds with stunning views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the sink got stuck and the shower has no pressure. We loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. You can rent a kayak or a paddle board on the private beach.

Amazing staff and location. Bring your ice skate to go on the lac. Perfect place for kite skiing. Good breakfast even during covid.

Great place to relax.
Amazing view. The lac is frozen. The food is really good also even during covid! Breakfast is ok.

Great spot. We liked the beach, the pool and the breakfast. The kids loved the playroom. You can rent kayak on the beach. Room cleaning service is limited but it’s the only downside.

Liked the sunset. The room was large. Stayed a week,bed sheets never changed. Washroom was never cleaned properly,constant complaints made. Coffee pot not replenished. Breakfast was good. Supper,we had 2 suppers and were good but only had the same choices. We were on the second floor. No elevator,stairs were too narrow.We had only one drawer for 2 to put our clothes in. View from balcony was a pile of dirt as they are building an indoor pool. For people who have trouble walking second floor should be avoided. Cleaning staff not properly trained.No pride in their work. Not happy with our stay at all.

Nice location by the lake. A little distant from local amenities. On arrival the balcony had not been cleaned from an obvious party held there the night before. This was sorted out after a while.

Amazing hidden gem... worth the drive!!!!
Amazing stay with fantastic staff!!! We had only a slight problem on the our second night, a wedding was going on and the « bass » was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Right away the manager gave us the keys to the farthest possible room, their large suite!!!! Wow, what a way to handle it! We were VERY impressed. We had put in our reservation that we were travelling with 2 kids, when we arrived a little rollaway bed was already out and ready for use! Our kids loved it. Also, what can I say about the restaurant Rang 9?! Hands down the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. We ate breakfast there twice and dinner once. Nothing but delicious things, the chef is amazing and so friendly! He even came to see us and explain certain menu items and recommend a cooking temp for my husband’s meat dish (which was fabulous so he was right!). Finally, THE VIEW!!! Wow, gorgeous view of « Le Lac St-Jean ». Worth every penny!

Great Loction
If you enjoy the outdoors & a relaxed environment, this is the place for you. Auberge is on the lake & you can sit in the Adirondack chairs or picnic tables & just enjoy. Not all rooms are renovated so be careful with the pictures that you see on the sight. Mine was not remodeled & looked quite un down. I was only staying for 1 night, otherwise, I would have asked for a room change. Dinning room is fine with an interesting dinner menu. Overall, Auberge is in a beautiful setting & is very quiet. Perfect for a few days

Nice auberge on the beach
Very clean, but a bit old. Situated 20 feet from a nice sandy beach. The staff was nice and available. But most of all, the view from our room ( and all of them ) was to die for. Very much recommend l'auberge des iles.

Cest mon 3ieme sejour a cet auberge. Les 2 premiers furent super, d'où mon choix pour une fds avec mon garçon. Cependant, la chambre etait semi propre. Nous avons voulu mettre notre eau dans un verre mais les verres etaient sales. Nous avons perdu internet en soirée, la télévision n'était plus accessible... la repection n'était pas accessible non plus. Les autres clients etaient bruyants, nous avons ete réveillé plusieurs fois pendant la nuit....Pendant la nuit, javais froid, jai voulu prendre la couverture de rechange mais elle avait des poils et du cannabis dessus. Jai dormi 2h...je vous garantie que le reveil fut penible... Le matin, je voulais me faire un cafe.... je prend une tasse et elle avait un cerne de café...je lave la tasse... Je met ma cup dans la machine et quand le reservoir deau fut accessible...la quantité de saletés et de calcaire etaient impressionnante. Jai tenté de nettoyer le tout mais sans produit adequat cest inpossible. A 270$ la nuit, ce fut un tres mauvais choix de ma part. Je voulais passer un beau moment avec mon fils mais ce fut tout le contraire.

Avec les lits escamotables, on y perd la table ou le divan, ce qui amenuise beaucoup l'espace. La gentillesse du personnel, dont Isabelle, wow! Difficile de trouver un meilleur service à la clientèle. La piscine et les jeux d'eau sont bien entretenus mais le materiel de la salle d'amusement aurait besoin d'un peu plus d'amour, dont la console de jeux vidéo qui date de 1996. Nous avons passés un beau séjour avec notre petit homme de 6 ans 🙂

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à cette auberge ! Le coin est très tranquille, l'endroit bien propre et la vue sur le lac est vraiment magnifique ! Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine, les jeux d'eau et la salle de jeux. Petit hic : les lits sont vraiment très très hauts ce qui n'est pas très pratique ni sécuritaire pour les enfants en bas âge. Le restaurant offre de délicieux repas, toutefois les choix de plats sont assez limités... Il y a un grand choix d'activités à faire, ce qui est intéressant.
