The price versus quality is great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and simple, everything was there. Great place for a stop over.

Rooms are quite ok. Good parking. Super strong springs for bathroom doors, hard to open. If you need any internet connection- stay away. They offer 0.6Mbps and they say it's fiber.

Nice stay
We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was only overlooked by trees. Breakfast was continental and included in our room rate. There were a few restaurants close by and a supermarket which was handy.

Air con nor working in 30 degrees C
This is a good budget hotel but our stay was spoilt by the air con not working. The member of staff was not really interested and it is our belief that it was deliberately switched off to save high fuel bills

Shortly after booking they notified me that they had no hot water and suggested that I cancel unless I wanted to shower in cold water. I told them to cancel, and I told Expedia to cancel. I still got charged and no feedback from neither property nor Expedia.

Bed was good, breakfast below basic, but we’ve been annoyed by the heat pump noise that went on every 10 minutes very loud

Good price/quality budget hotelm
Price/quality this is a very good pick for this hotel ! It is a simple budget hotel, but has a reception and a decent breakfast in the morning, so actually has all you need for a good price. I have stayed in different hotels in the area, and this is one the best deals around. Being very close to the shopping center makes it also easy to go out and eat or buy something in the evening.

A chain hotel - no surprises
Standard hotel by the ring road - also Le Clerc supermarket & other shops nearby. The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived and we found the window only opened a fraction at the top and, despite the large 'climatise' sign on the wall, we were told it was finished on 1st Sept. We were fortunate that the workmen were there and reinstated the air-con. OK for overnight stop but I would choose elsewhere.

Avoid if you have any other options!
My experience at this hotel is by far the worst I've ever had. The receptionist/security personnel wouldn't let us check in unless we paid again; although our booking was prepaid through hotels.com. We had to contact hotels.com and wait for half an hour to get someone who speaks French to communicate with him and at the end he just refused us entry unless we paid again and more than the fare we already booked it for as well. Ultimately, we just had to pay again as we were tired and after an hour arguing with the guy it was obvious he's not going to change his mind and we had to pay! I also have to mention that we contacted the hotel directly on the check in day to say we are going to arrive late and we were told that our room is going to be ready whenever we arrive. Now, the hotel itself is very basic with non-lockable toilet doors, wifi that doesn't work and only 2 pillows per room; and I wouldn't dare to ask them for an extra pillow because you might easily get kicked out. The room itself was smelly, dusty and outdated. I know that this is a 3 star hotel but it is certainly much worse than that. I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs and I also have to blame hotels.com for having this hotel on their site and doing nothing about this whole thing.

I arrived at 11.45 pm Friendly guy on the desk . Room he gave to me stank badly of cigarette smoke . He was going to spray my room with air fresher , but thankfully offered to move me before I had to ask as the smell was bad . Moved to next room and everything was fine . Eventually had a good night sleep followed by a well presented simple breakfast . Everything I required would stay again if I was in the area . Secure parking too

J’ai été déçue de ma nuit car j’étais à la chambre 7 a mobilité réduite à côté de la réception… donc réveillée à 3h 30 du matin par des gens qui viennent aux renseignements et qui parlent avec le réceptionniste ! Il faisait aussi froid, on avait un petit radiateur électrique qui nous a été utile . Petit déjeuner parfait 👍. Sinon l accueil est chaleureux

Super hotel, la chambre était propre et assez grande, la literie est de bonne qualité ainsi que les oreillets et les couettes. Eau, café et thé a disposition. Le petit dejeuner etait plus que bien avec tout ce qu'il faut, pain, croissant, petit pain, confiture, miel, jus d'orange, charcuterie, compote et laitage. Nous avions une chambre familial, ma fille de 7 ans nous as juste dit " il manque une télé dans la 2eme chambre". Je recommande cet hotel.

Bonsoir ,Nous sommes désolées des degradations que vous avez subies, vous êtes vous idenfié auprès de notre reception ?Sachez que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas identifier les propriétaires des vehicules concernés ce jour ; cependant la police avait été prévenue et toutes les mesures necessaires à leur enquête prises (relevé d'empreintes, communication des surveillance vidéo.)Notre directrice présente le matin suivant cet évément a signalé l'incident aux clients concernés et la marche à suivre et coordonnées du commisariat.Le parking est en effet fermé de 23h à 6h mais il n'est pas surveillé, juste équipé de caméras.Le vol a été commis aux alentours de 22h, ce triste evénement est heureusement extrèmement rare.Nous esperons que vous nous laisserez à nouveau une chance de vous satisfaire.Recevez à nouveau toutes nos excuses et nous sommes à votre disponibilité si vous souhaiteez d'autres renseingnementscordialement
