"The cottage looks as advertised and the chickens and bunnies were the highlight. They are so cute! But the access to the water is a 5 minute walk down a path (through the woods), the access is actually finicky and looks a little swampy, and we were advised last minute that there may potentially be a man near the access point (and to not talk or look at him as he's very rude).
