"We recently stayed at Chalk Hill Cottage with our two little Yorkies. The property was the perfect size and had first class amenities. The location is awesome, too! The Hosts are quick to respond to questions and are very kind and considerate. We recommend highly!"

"Nice house, but it is part of the Wander portfolio of rental houses. All communication is through text via the Wander app. But they don't update it enough -- so the code for the gate to the private drive was incorrect or old, and we spent 45 minutes trying to get in. Had to jump the 5' fence and ask a neighbor to give us the code. Then the house itself has a Sonos sound system throughout that was broken. The Sonos tablet had a sticky note on it saying it was broken. And no instructions in Wander app as to how to reset. So no music at pool, etc. If you are going to have a "smart house" it needs a property manager to check on everything, keep codes up to date, and reboot. Not the end of the world - everything else worked - but disappointing."

"Loved the view and deck and easy to get into Calistoga. The barn was an awesome area to hang out. We had some issues with the hot tub and couldn’t use it night 1. Worked through Vaasa to get ahold of the property manager after awhile and ended up being a basic breaker flip. Waiting on a credit for the issues. But overall great place to stay! Be prepared for the steep driveway, we had a rental minivan and it was fine just steeper than expected"

"What an absolutely fabulous place!! We stayed here for my husband's milestone birthday, 3 generations and what an absolutely perfect place. Everyone loved the house and property. The house is gorgeous, it has old charm, thoughtfully remodeled with all of the modern comforts you need. Everything you could need is in this home, we grilled one night and dined on the beautiful dining table, it was a bit cold to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor space. The blackout curtains in each of the room ensured we weren't bothered by the sun in the morning. The beds were comfortable, and that couch!!! Can you please tell me where that couch is from. We had visitors from a group of turkey and a deer family. It was absolutely a picture perfect place for our Sonoma / Napa weekend. Property manager was great, we were notified when the house was cleaned and ready for check in and we actually got to check in a little early which allowed us to get cleaned up from our long drive before heading out for dinner. We'd definitely will stay here next time we visit."

"Our stay was amazing, since the property was located in a picturesque hill side surrounded by majestic oaks. The property was specious and accommodating and served us perfectly with its charming unique Retro decor."

"Nestled among the trees, with a lovely backyard and pool. You really feel away from it all and you can enjoy the beauty of the wine country! The house was very comfortable and well stocked with pans etc. that you'd need to cook. I would definitely recommend it! The only thing that wasn't clear was how to get into the house."
