"We had a lovely stay at Janette’s apartment, whilst visiting for Harry Potter. The apartment was exactly as listed, spotless & had everything we needed. Check in process was easy & smooth sailing. We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. Would highly recommend & stay again when visiting the area. Thank you Janette."

"Overall the stay was pleasant and convenient location close to the shops and had special welcome wine and biscuits & Milk! Bed rooms were well presented! However for the price, we expected more especially the bathrooms and toilets! Needs upgrading for sure! It’s definitely an old house that has been done up and well presented overall but we were expecting abit more lux for the price we paid & official check in time 4pm is too late although we were able to get in at 3pm."

"Floors were filthy. Half the jets in the spa didn't work. Was told 2 days before check in there were no towels, pillow cases or sheets. Not enough toilet paper. Board games unplayable and missing pieces. Otherwise large and pretty house"
