Dear Jennifer, thank you for the time you dedicated to us.However, despite we all are free to express our opinions on the accommodations where we stay as travelers, also we owners have the right to make some clarifications.As regards the rooms, you stayed with us 2 nights in 2 different rooms. When you spoke to the receptionist Michela after the first night, you didn't mention at all these issues (mold, bugs, etc).It would have been correct that you had come to the reception or contact us to our phone numbers to clarify in which room you encountered these problems and that you showed to the front desk (including photos) the mold and the bugs you say you found in the room.As we have always do, if this turned out to be true, we would have intervened immediately to solve the problem.In any case, in many years of work this is the first time that we have been notified of the presence of bugs in the room.As regards breakfast, you can't make an honest judgment as you booked with the modality room only which means that you never had breakfast with us.The fact that you were looking out over the breakfast room for a split second in the late morning when breakfast time was about to end it is not indicative of the general trend of our breakfast and of our way of managing the food offered in our buffet.In particular we wish to clarify a few things:1) The fact that there was no one in the breakfast room when you came at the reception desk does not mean that there were no people having breakfast during the morning or a minute before you arrived2) In all hotels in the world the breakfast buffet is displayed for the entire duration of the breakfast time3) All the fresh products offered on the breakfast buffet are restocked when finished and thrown away at the end of breakfast time; this means that fresh products are offered every day; in fact, we have never had any complaints related to thisAgain thank you for your time.Kindest regards,Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites
