The staff was very nice and welcoming but the pictures shown online compared to the appearance in person is quiet different. Also the location was an inconvenience as it is far from Fiumcino airport.

You have rated us with a four and ok we accept that, but also we rate you with a four as client because you didn't respect the rules from our Hotel entering without shoes in the fitness room and making problems about the fact that you have to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool discussing with our staff and putting in the discussion things which have nothing to do with this matter

Their service was amazing. The host that host (male) we met there on the night of July 12th made us dinner even though everything was closed at we arrived after midnight. What a classy guy and what a classy establishment. We will already look at staying there next year when we visit Rome next year..

Good compared price paid
Not bad compared price paid, but if I have to consider four star hotel, about service I used, cannot evaluate all others i didn't used The serviced offered as breakfast room, isn't great Clean room, staff kind and quite carefull but all aspects doesn't look as four star hotel should be. If I consider the price I paid It's very good service and infrastructure.

Horrible, we were eaten alive by Mozzy’s, the website says bus to the airport but this is only available in daily hours. Booked a taxi and the hotel took a cut, and over charged us. Dirt all up the walls

The Air conditioner did not work, someone came to fix it- worked for 30 minutes and stopped working again. The carpet is very dirty. The place needs to be updated.

Need updates badly.
The hotel was properly was nice when it first opened up, but it is very outdated now. There was a leak from the toilet and the beds were not comfortable. There was cobwebs in the ceiling. One good thing is the breakfast and the soccer games played by the players that were staying at the property.

This is an old property which would need lots of maintenance and renovation. Wi-fi connection was not available for the outbuilding and it was impossible to get things fixed for the entire week. The pool is a nice place where enjoying sun, but it is open to external users, therefore can be crowded and noisy. Strongly not recommended to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, very expensive and poor quality.

It’s a cool unique property that caters to soccer teams three pools you can only use two, gym is very old and outdated, resteraunt on site very expensive so so food, ac barley works in the rooms👎, entire place needs updating, cab rides downtown or anywhere of interest are a minimum of $50 both ways, this is on the outskirts of town .... definitely not a 4 star hotel or anywhere close, if you are American and want ac find a 4/5 star hotel closer to downtown where you can walk places

The property has everything what we need, free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and also standard size swimming pool , gym, and restaurant! Plus, the front desk gentleman was very very nice and friendly who guided us to the room and kindly helped us to switch to another room, provided very helpful information about dinning and others. The only issue is that some rooms may need upgrade. Overall, it was a good and relax staying here.

Night before flying out from Fiumicino
We drove to this hotel and spent the night before our flight. We chose it because of parking , free WiFi and free breakfast. Nice hotel with lots of summer outdoor activities ( nice pool , soccer field and tennis courts). We had a 4 people room . Was nice size and had 2 full bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good choice for breakfast in the morning . There is a restaurant in the premises . Would go back and would recommend to friends and family .

Nice stay!
Only stayed 1 night on our way out of room. It was nice to relax by the pool and the grounds were very pretty. Very yummy dinner and there was a lot for breakfast. About 15/20 minutes to the airport

The design of the hotel and service are good, but the room condition is not comfortable. The window lock was broken, the shower and toilet flush not working well, air conditioning and wifi also very poor. However, it is good for the value.

Good hotel at good price.
Stayed for a soccer combine. Fields are right at hotel so very convenient and price was great. Not a new hotel but it was clean and comfortable. The food at restaurant was good. Front desk very helpful. Not much around, quiet. About 30 min. from FCO. Taxi is about 40 euro. Not sure how close to all the attractions in Rome, though. If going to see Rome attractions you would want to stay where you can walk to everything.

Hotel is hopelessly outdated but clean. Service at front desk and restaurant were adequate but not remarkable - all of Italy is in desperate need of customer service lessons. They just don't care.

Not a visitor friendly stay
when we arrived a mens soccer team was at the hotel. It was clear right from the start we were unwelcome at the hotel. Almost an inconvenience feeling. They placed us as far away from everything as possible. Wasn't a great place to stay!

Hotel incrível em todos os aspectos. Café da manhã muito bom, quartos arejados e espaçosos. Atendimento nota 10. Único ponto é a distância do centro. De transporte público algo como 40 minutos. Se estiver de carro, fica ótimo. Em 20 minutos chega no centro.
