Would recommend…
Very nice and accommodating staff at LHG Comfy Rooms. Bianca, Luka, and Vanessa. I stayed there for several weeks and the hotel was clean and quiet. Good neighborhood in Rome as well with several restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location, comfy, and a fridge!
Great location for a stay in Rome, clean room, freshly made bed and towels each day. I was most inpressed that the room had a fridge, this was very convenient! We could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see, using the nearby metro station to get firther afield. Onky a 15 minute walk to or from Rome Termini station for the airport. Plenty of restraurants and supermarkets in the area. Would stay again, thank you.

The staff was polite, but the room was not what we see in the pictures. The check-in is at a different location and was a long process. If you are arriving late etc...not sure what you would do. We contacted the staff about our room and our displeasure and they did offer to put us in a different room, but we had plans already made and it would have interrupted our schedule and been a long process again having to walk another block away and move all of our personal items. The door to our room also constantly locked us in. At one point I had to try and re-try the lock almost 5 minutes before the latch released and opened. This is basic things that a traveler should not have to work with. I have stayed in over 100 rooms with Hotels.com. in over 20 countries... I'm not going back to this one.

Very noisy and uncomfortable bed
This was a really disappointing stay. We reserved a room at Quo Vadis Inn but were given a room in their other property "The Guest House". The noise level is intolerable! You can hear every conversation in the rooms around you as well as hear the noise from the people above you. Another guest had to tell the cleaning staff to "be silent" when they were talking in normal voices at 6:30 am in the hallway. The bed is very uncomfortable (2 twins push together) and the room is utilitarian. We had three really long nights here. The room was very clean and serviced each day.

We are sorry you did not have a nice stay and we apologise for the "noisy" stay. Unfortunately not everyone is respectful and it may happen to have someone loud. We had a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking a central courtyard, very comfortable and clean. The reception team were really helpful, especially as we were delayed in arriving and getting booked in. Quo Vadis Inn is in a great location, we walked to all the attractions we wanted to see and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The first room we stayed was comfortable but noise from the street was disturbing. We came back after a visit to Naples for a few days and stayed in a room facing the courtyard- much better! Advice - ask for a room facing the courtyard! Staff are helpful and polite.

you get what you pay for
I wish I'd spent more money on a hotel nearer the centre of Rome. The metro system is small and we ended up doing a LOT of walking. Basically the room is in an apartment block. It was clean enough, very basic. Would've like a kettle and some cups as there is no breakfast but it did have a working fridge. You have to go to another apartment to get your key and although we could find it easily on the map it really wasn't clear which button you have to press on the front door as this is another apartment block: something to do with 'moon' Can't remember now but it should have been made clear on the instructions. We were lucky someone opened the front door and we followed them in and kept asking!! Having said that the staff were extremely pleasant. However, it was a bit of a pain as we left our cases on the day we checked out for a few extra hours but then when we collected our rental car my partner had to drive round the block 6 times while I had to hunt for the reception staff who were assisting on the 4th floor as the reception was closed as it was left unattended.. at least I knew my cases were safe!!!

Simple apartment with all the necessities
Check in was easy and close to the apartment. The apartment itself but was spacious, clean, good wifi, air con, hot water and close to transport, shops, and good restaurants (what more do you need!?) Staff were unbelievably friendly and helped us with our boarding passes, airport shuttle and getting round Rome. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads... Where you are staying can make or break a trip and for us Quo Vadis did not disappoint. Thank you!

Good location, with quick transport links to main attractions and lots of restaurants. Welcoming staff. The room had everything we needed (minus clothes iron, which we knew), was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is being renovated so there is noise during the day (starting at 8:30). They no longer serve breakfast, but there are some nice cafes close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Very cute hotel. Everything was clean. Not right in the center of everything but definitely still walkable to all the sites, and very close to good restaurants. Hotel contacted me a few days before with check-in details and we had no issues finding it.

Weird that I had to check in around the corner and stay on another building, room is not like the one I see on Expedia, anyways the other room was big and nice! Staff is very helpful and location is near a metro station so it’s easy to move around Rome! Man anybody restaurants around the corner and they’re freaking good for Italian food lovers! Overall ok but pictures hasn’t to be updated or at least indicate that they have two properties because this is not what I booked so it’s not honest

Be warned you might not get this hotel!
I arrived late with my 10 year old son. A treat for his 10th birthday, a trip to Rome. I did my research as a mother in a big city! I found this hotel, totally perfect, great reviews and central to our needs. We had to check in at a different t location. Then we’re told we were staying elsewhere. The sister hotel. It was awful! The front door had looked like it had been smashed in with a machete! The man that gave us our keys (still no idea who he was), had to teach us how to open the front door, one millimetre this way and one the other and try again! Just insane! Took me 10 mins that eve when he had left to open the front door to the building. Apparently this was shurugged off. The room, was cold and bare and just horrible. Nothing like what is in the photos. We had boiling water and no cold water. We asked to move to the hotel we had obviously booked and got told it was full! I didn’t want to ruin the experience for my son, we only had 3 days there, so I moved to an apartment down the road. I was so upset. I would not book this unless you are getting the hotel as described and not the sister hotel, it’s not a hotel, it’s a scruffy condo in a not so good area, shame on you Expedia!

Dear Amanda, we have had chance to talk over the phone and we tried to explain that what you reserved was actually what you got (room in annex building). As to the area.....it is one of the nicest areas in Rome and i would add safest too....so we disagree...We are sorry that there was actually a lock problem of the main entrance which was obiously solved (but it is not controlled by us as the main entrance belongs to the entire building and requires a bureaucratic procedure....like any italian thing :-)) As to the picture posted.....it is a detail of the lock of the door, well zoomed, a little unfair as it does not represent the entire building. said this we are sorry you had a bad experience as it is not what we aim at kindest regards to both of you

Wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful stay in Quo Vadis Inn. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Love the balcony in my room. The only cons is that you can heard people talking or walking in the hallway. Will definitely come back.

Not what we were expecting.
Negative points. Despite replying to owners email giving eta, there was no one at the premises to meet us on our arrival. There was no reception, just a notice on the door giving contact details for the owner to be contacted in an emergency. This system meant there was no tourist information advice available during our stay normally available at hotel reception. We contacted the owner on the emergency number and a girl brought the keys for our accommodation which was on the next block. She gave us a street map of Rome and swiftly pointed out the sights. She asked us to leave the 35 Euro tourist tax which she would collect the following day. That was the last we saw of any hotel staff. No receipt for tourist tax. We were disappointed there was no one to offer any guidance on a day to day basis. The contact number was for emergencies only. Our flight home was on a Sunday and as per the hotels advertised services, I contacted the owner on the Thursday to arrange a taxi to Chaipino Airport. I was asked to leave written details in the room stating airport name and other relevant information. We did this but the shuttle bus took us to the wrong airport. We had to spend 50 euros for a taxi to the right airport.

FABULOUS LITTLE PLACE!
Not enough room to properly praise this facility.Great staff,room,bath,location.Everything I thought Rome would be.Eating places every other doorway.Great meals.Exceptional coffees & espressos.Very clean room.Windows opened onto street which was awesome!Would definitely return and recommend.Luca and Valerio are superb staff.

Contemporary & Clean Rooms, VERY HELPFUL STAFF
This suited all my needs and I found the staff quite helpful, personable and friendly! It does not have a typical hotel desk but you have a set of keys that gets you into your building and room. It was easy for me to walk to the Colosseum, Vatican City etc. or if I wanted to, take the transport links that were described to me by the staff. The room was the largest I have had of any hotel stay in Europe and I was pleased. Everything was clean, refrigerator in the room and hair dryer. I loved the windows that I could look open and looked out to the bustling street. The room was well insulated so no problems with outside noises or interior noises. When I go back to Rome I will not hesitate in booking with them again.

Perfect hotel to stay near tourist attraction
We were really happy with our stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated near the most important tourist attractions. For example, it took us just 15 minutes to get to Fontana di Trevi and half an hour to get to Colosseum. We love walking so we didn’t mind walking 45 minutes to Vatican, mostly because there are so many nice and interesting things to see on your way there. But if you prefer to get a taxi, bus or underground, you are close to them too. The room was quiet, quite big, really clean (there was one lady who cleaned the room every single morning), the staff friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a luxurious room, but for us it was perfect because we are not looking for that. We are just looking for a clean place to sleep, close to tourist attractions. Breakfast was not included, but we managed to find a nice coffee shop called L’altro Cafe where we just simply loved the expresso and the chicken sandwiches.

Sami is the person who helped us check in. He was amazing & super helpful! Room service cleaned our room everyday, so that was awesome! Especially considering that this isn’t a traditional hotel! The only concern I had was that the queen bed in our room was just two twin beds pushed together. So it was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the entire stay was amazing! The location is within walking distance of everything!

Lovely guest house
We have just come back from four days in Rome with our 6 year old. This guest house was a great find; about a mile from main tourist locations which meant cheaper restaurants but everything in walking distance. The moment we walked in the staff couldn't be more helpful. Showing us around the room and even went the extra mile highlighting a map of different things to do including bus stops and train. No issues with anything during stay. On the day we left we were not rushed out of the room, told to stay as long as we needed. We left luggage in the kitchen area as flights later in the evening. We were provided keys to come back when our car was due to collect us. Top guest house would go back.

Excellent traditional type apartment
Excellent for the price we paid. This apartment is on the second floor which can be accessed via old style cage elevator or the stairs. The room we stayed in was excellent, we had air con which was used when we had to close the window which overlooked a busy street; we never heard a thing once closed! The room was clean and well kept by staff throughout our stay. The en suite facilities were good and plenty of wardrobe space. There was a fridge to use for own purchased items and television for local channels only; music channel was the one we used. The only staff member we met was Valerio and he was brilliant, i had a few issues with interest access etc but he provided all the assistance to get us going. He also provided good advice for our daily trips; thank you for all your help Valerio.

Very welcoming and helpful
Right from the start, all of the staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a map and we were given some information on the local area. The room was clean and comfortable. There was always plenty of hot water. The bed was also comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Towels were provided, along with shower gel. There was air conditioning and the window opened onto the well maintained courtyard. I will definitely be visiting Rome again and will stay at Quo Vadis. Thank you to Luca and his Staff. Joanne

Reasonable priced hotel
Found that the management /staff very friendly and helpful , the room was comfortable and clean, towels replaced regularly.I would add that we moved to a four star hotel to join a tour party, ,their facilities does not compare with the quo vadis

Simple but Pleasant
Quo Vadis is a simple but pleaser offering from the Luca Group. Easy to find, but slightly further away from the centre than we had thought. Rooms are a bit tired but are clean and very quiet despite the relative close proximity to the main roads. We were in "Caligula" and thankfully didn't find any mementoes from its namesake. Check in and check out very personable. 2 mins walk from the bus stop to catch the 62 to the Spanish steps. Value for money option, just don't forget the Rome tax has to be paid in cash at site at 3euros 50 per person per night. Rome on a budget!

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and in good condition. Its location was easily in walking distance of major sites such as the Colloseum. Around the hotel, there were plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants

Really enjoyed our stay. We really embraced the Italian culture eating breakfast at the local cafe and dinner at locally recommended restaurants All our meals were excellent and value for money. The room was quiet and well equipped everything for a comfortable stay
