Good evening Luis,We are sorry to learn about your experience only through these reviews, without having received any complaints during your stay. Only at the time of check out you told us that the shower was "splashing too much" and we easily fixed the problem in few minutes by replacing the shower head. Assisting guests during their stay is part of our job but it is difficult to solve any problem if we are not told. We found out about your problem with the air conditioning only through this review and we immediately checked whether there were actually any malfunctions without finding anything wrong, it would have been enough to ask us for help during your stay so we could check whether the air was simply turned off. I would like to point out that nowhere it say that we are 15 minutes from the Colosseum and that we have a restaurant (there are several restaurants nearby and we cooperate with a restaurant in front of our hotel, 30 meters away), I don't know where you read this information but you probably booked the wrong hotel among the various ones you searched for. For future travels I recommend you carefully check the services offered by the hotels and the location (google maps may help).Best regards,Silvia

Dear Sandy, we are sorry to read such impressions regarding the interior of the hotel. We have plenty of positive reviews stating the opposite therefore we understand that it can be some personal variation on this aspect. As for the location, it is clearly written and can be easily visualised both on Expedia's website and on Google Maps. We have never advertised our hotel as near to the city centre and receving negative reviews based on this feature is definitely unfair. The shuttle-service for the airport is made by an extarnal company. The prices are comparable to those of a standard taxi service in Rome. Kind regards

Dear Jose Francisco, we are sorry for such a bad experience you had during your stay at our hotel. There was indeed a problem of both the AC and the Wi-Fi in your room during the first night and for that we apologise. The second day you were moved to another room of similar size in which both the AC and the Wi-Fi were working properly. From that day on you didn't speak a word in relation to a possible cancellation or relocation. It is a lie that you didn't receive any credit. As a matter of fact we paid for you the whole amount of the city-tax of Roma Capitale which were 60,00€, roughly the 20% of the whole amount of your stay. The position of the hotel can be checked both on Expedia's website and on Google Maps. We cannot take blame for the infrastracture in Rome being inadequate and lacking at times or for guests that are not able to match their expectations with their choices. In conclusion I would like to say that it is absurd to read that we supposedly discriminate guests on the basis of the website they choose to book on. Best regards

Carpets get cleaned regularly and the only thing that you might notice is probably some staines on the carpet of the main corridor which were caused by an incorrect use of bleach. The location of hotel is clearly written on the website. Even if a car can be useful, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel from which you can drive directly to the metro station. Kind regards

Regarding your remarks about the breakfast unfortunately we do not have a kitchen and this is the reason why we cannot offer omelettes, bacon and sausages. However food such as croissants and bread are daily delivered from a local bakery. Milk is delivered every 3 days and our fruit comes from a local greengrocer. Dear Anonymous guest, it is very complicated to reply to a review wich lacks of any reference. Nonetheless I would like to focus on some of the mentioned points. Rome is full of hotels nearby the city centre and I do not understand how it is still possible to book a hotel without knowing where it is exactly located. The position and even more the means of public transport cannot be taken as solid assumptions for making any negative conclusion, for these aspects are clearly stated on expedia. Regarding the Wi-Fi connection, I'm sorry you had problems and as a matter of fact it happens that sometimes there some issues with that. For that reason we are going to install an additional and independent internet connection just for our guests. I cannot reply to the statement concerning the room because I have no reference to make any sensible comment on that. Kind regards

I can only suppose, given the facts that you have listed, in which room you have stayed and who you actually are. Having said that, we are very sorry for your bad experience. It is true that the air conditioning was running very late in those days and as a matter of fact we had to call the maintenence service to spot the problem in your room. As clearly showed in Expedia we are not in the city center, that right. but: there is a resturant, Casale 900, which is 100 mts from the hotel, 1 minute by foot; wifi is not fast, we know, and this is why in october we'll have a new optic fiber connection.
