Could be better. One towel for 8 nights? Never found an iron.
Need drawers for belongings. A few hooks on the wall would help. Area was fabulous. Stay was good.

Everything you could need just perfect
The apartment was a great find in a good location nice and quiet and easy to get to all the sights without needing to be right in the centre where it was really busy , apartment was clean and had all the amenities you need comfortable beds and large showers outdoor space for sitting out in the sun or in the evening enjoying the stars , fabrizio was an amazingHost he was so friendly and helpful whenever I contacted him he replied promptly on watsapp recommended a place to eat for when we landed at 8.30pm and even allowed us to check out late , also a great feature was 2 sets of keys so we could split up and not need to worry who had the key and wifi is a great feature also would definitely recommend and stay again

Good place for a family stay
we were seven people of different ages. there are two double beds and three single beds. apartment and kitchen well equipped. veranda with a large table, you can eat breakfast there outdoors. quiet neighborhood, close to a market, bakery and pizza. 12 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to the bus.

Accurate description of property, maybe a liitle too far from the centre but if you are mobile and the weather is good its an enjoyable walk with plenty coffee shops etc en route one thing I would say thogh is DO NOT USE the cab company suggested by the host. The cab wasn't at the airport upon our arrival we had to wait almost an hour, the driver insisted that we pay for the return journey in advance but didn't turn up, wouldn't answer calls and didnt try to contact us. We were probably naive but the message is why do the hosts suggest using this cab company, they must know the reputation by now. 😔 😡

Fantastic family apartment

Short stay in Rome
It was just an okay property neighbors made you feel very unwelcomed with the exception of the restaurants across the street. I would honestly think twice in the future if we come back to get another vrbo. For some strange reason every 15 minutes there is a sound or a noise I would just wake you up because it sounded like a train was going by or there was construction somewhere in the area. If you are coming to rest this is not the place I'm sorry the host is excellent but the location is not.

Excellent choice!
The place was clean and ready, very spacious and comfortable with lots of light that provided pleasant stay. Each room was individually air conditioned and both showers were warm with good flow of water. Owners communicated all details in advance and were so helpful during the stay. The best is that city bus no 628 stops right in front of the door, which is what you really want after a long day of discovering attractions of Rome. There are a good chain store for daily needs, a fresh fruit shop and a bakery and a restaurant all less than 100 steps away. Metro station is 10 min away. Highly recommend this place and will choose again.

Fantastic flat
This is a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities needed. I had to work at night and there was a desk in one of the bedrooms that allowed me the privacy to do so. The neighborhood had all the shops you need with a gelato shop directly across the street. The bus and metro were a close walk as well which we used a lot.

Roomy and clean
Our family enjoyed staying here while in Rome, there was plenty of space and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed while we stayed,. A grocery store very close, a great bakery but the best was having the gelato store across the street! It was a bit of a distance to the sites of Rome but the bus stop is close and we figured that out, Thank you ! We would stay here again if in Rome.

Great option to experience real Rome
The flat was an excellent base for exploring Rome. The beds were quite comfortable for our family of four (including a teen and a 11 year old). The flat was very quiet and located in a neighborhood away from tourists. It had a couple of great restaurants within short walking distance (Pizza Good Good, Taverna), a cozy bar nearby, a pharmacy and a grocery store all only minutes walk away. The owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful in organizing transportation to and from the airport. We highly recommend the flat and would stay again!

Great apartment in a real Rome neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. While outside the city center, it is right on a direct bus line - the 628 - that takes you directly into the center. Also about a 10 minute walk from the metro. The apartment was very clean and functional and nicely furnished. It was more spacious than pictured and we loved our espresso in the mornings on the terrace. Two full bathrooms were a godsend. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed. Fabrizio and Monica we’re excellent hosts and very helpful. Highly recommended!

What a great find in a neighborhood that is close to many attractions. Easy access to bus and metro. Safe community. Owners were extremely welcoming and so helpful in assisting us with securing a taxi to the airport for the end of our trip.

Nice apartment good location
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and we walked to the Metro easily (about 10 minutes) to get to the main attractions. We used the car service suggested by Fabrizio to get to and from Fiumicino airport.

We loved the apartment, the beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and well provided. It is a little bit out of the centre, but nice to have a walk to the metro and then into the centre. A lovely family restaurant just down the road.

Very nice place in a nice area of Rome.
We had a wonderful and relaxing time in San Giovani. Fabrizio was an excellent host, he help us a lot with the details of places to visit close to the apartment, where to eat (excellent trattoria Latina very close to the apartment, BTW), where to buy groceries, and a lot of great suggestions. He also arranged our taxi from the airport. The apartment is very nice, clean, with a very nice Art style, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The AC was very helpful to rest better since it was hot in Rome those days. We enjoyed a lot been in this beautiful apartment. If we go back to Rome we definitely will book it again.

Very enjoyable stay
Good location close to tourist attractions as well as nearby food. The inside was very clean and comfortable to stay and to sleep in. It included air conditioning which is perfect for the heat as well as a decent sized front porch which is enjoyable in the evenings. The xbox was a great idea and helped to bring entertainment (definetely good if you are bringing kids) and the apartament came with a coffee machine and coffee capsules ready to use, the only negative is that the oven caused a power surge at times however this is easily fixable. Overall we highly reccomend this apartement for a family or group of friends.

Amazing house in an amazing location!
This apartment was wonderful! We had everything we needed, and were very comfortable! The location is perfect, with two bus lines that take you directly to the center of Rome and all the main attractions. There are restaurants, a grocery store, and other shops all righ out the front door. The air-conditioning was so nice to have, because it was quite warm when we visited. We would definitely stay here again, and can't recommend this apartment enough!

Monica and Fabrizio's apartment in Rome was at a great location, a couple minutes away from the main metro line. The hosts were very receptive and professional. A taxi was setup by Monica e Fabrizio, which was very handy to have coming from Rome's Airport to their house, with reasonable rates. There's an air conditioner in each room, which was very nice given the hot weather. All in all, good place with amenities and a connected location for transportation in Rome.

Wonderful stay in Rome
This apartment was exactly what we wanted! It is not in the city center however it is in a neighborhood that you will love to return to every night after a long day in the crowds. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro and steps from two buses that will transport you all around the city. Monica and Fabrizio were very attentive with arranging a taxi from the airport to the apartment. The patio was relaxing and a particular restaurant Pizza Good Good was our favorite place to eat in all of Rome. I would defiantly book this apartment again when returning to Rome. Being with the locals will put you in a great mood everyday. I was able to cross the street and have a cappacino in the bar as well as delicious gelato . The supermarket is a two minute walk from the apartment. If you are vacationing in Rome don't hesitate to rent this apartment.

The apartment was secure and well organised. Also the layout made best use of the space.
The taxi transfers organised by the owner were very good. The owner met us at the apartment to give towels and to show us around. The flat was between to other flats, but it was reasonable quiet. Nice getaway with a real Italian feel
We arrived with 6 folks to this nice apartment with a secluded feel on a typical Roman street in the Latin Quarter and Fabrizio met us - he was great, helpful and very friendly! The apartment is neat, comfortable, has everything you need and in a good part of the city, if not right in the center. The boys each had a single bed and there were two bathrooms (which is important for 6!), another bedroom for a couple and the couch in the living room was a pullout for another couple. For the heart of Rome, this is a good deal with plenty of space and convenient. The biggest drawback was the internet would only work for two devices at a time and we all had trouble getting onto it at various times. Also, if you're not up for walking or taking public transportation, this place is a bit far from the center. With a bus, metro, or taxi it takes 15-30 minutes to get to the central areas, which makes it less convenient to come back for a midday break from touring. However, it is nice to not be in the loud, crowded central area and to be able to relax and shop where the locals shop, eat where they eat, etc. The owners are friendly and easy to work with, very thoughtful and helpful - we would enjoy staying again!

Location très bien équipé décoré avec goût , un plus avec ces 2 salles de bains pour 6 occupants , emplacement idéal pour visite Rome , arrêts de bus à proximité de 100m à 2 mn à pied 20 mn de trajet pour rejoindre le centre , métro à 10 mn à pied. We really enjoyed our stay in the appartement, it was really nice, the location is great. Easy acces to the city centre. The appartement was clean and had a good outdoor space. The only thing that botherd us was that the appartement was not suited is for 6 adult people. Two of us had to sleep on the sleeping couch in the living room, the couch is not oke to sleep on! The matras was to tin, they instantly had back pains. To our oppinion the appartement is great for 4 people. The discription on the website made us think it was oke for 6.

Top Wohnung! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!!
Rom ist immer eine Reise wert! Nach dem manchmal anstrengenden Besichtigungen, war diese Wohnung perfekt zum Relaxen. Einzige Kritikpunkte, die sich aber wohl nicht abstellen lassen: Der Nachbar war genervt über Touristen in der Wohnung und zeigte dieses auch deutlich. Es gab einmal Ameisenbesuch, als Nahrungsmittel liegenblieben. Ansonsten waren sie aber nicht anzutreffen.

Joli appartement au calme, bien équipé. Le plus est sa terrasse sans vis a vis. Pas besoin de voiture, l arrêt de bus est à 3 mn et le métro à 10 mn. En plus le propriétaire propose un taxi pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, répond rapidement à nos demandes. Je recommande cette location

zentral gelegenes, modern und ideal eingerichtetes Appartment für eine Familie
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war ca. 10 min von der nächsten U-Bahn- Haltestelle entfernt, von der aus wir in kürzester Zeit bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren. Ein Geschäft zum Einkaufen sowie Restaurants waren ganz in der Nähe. Monica und Fabrizio haben uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen zukommen lassen und uns ein Taxi für den Transport vom Flughafen reserviert. Das war perfekt! Diese Wohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Superbe location
Très jolie location, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et bien située pour visiter Rome, climatisation très appréciable. Facilité de déplacements vers le centre de Rome car arrêts de bus proches, et petit supermarché tout près très pratique. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille, adresse à conseiller.

Das "Haus" liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem gut an Busverkehr angeschlossen. Bis ins Zentrum (z.B. Colosseum) sind es nur 5 km, die wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie, in den ersten Tagen sogar einfach zu Fuß hinterlegt haben: nett an der Stadtmauer vorbei. 5 km auch bis zu Katakomben. Metrostation Linie Anagnina ist 900 m vom Haus entfernt. Wir benötigten nur eine Stunde mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus+Ubahn+Lauf), um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Auf uns wurde gewartet. 5 Min. Instruktage, Schlüsselübergabe - und ab in die Roma Aeterna. Leicht. Unkomliziert. Einfach, aber dem Preis entsprechend. DANKE

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Bus und Bahn sind zu Fuß teilweise innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten. Danke an Monica und Fabrizio für die nette Betreuung!
