“Just A Quick Hotel”

The first room we had was okay but the television looked like it had wavy lines in it and the peoples heads were big and little bodies, I requested a change and they gave me one right next door with no problems.

“Too bad”

This hotel is very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. However, our room was outdated and not very clean -- there were huge cobwebs on our ceiling. This is not a problem that can't be overcome with a bit of a "swiffer!"

“No shuttle servce”

There was no shuttle service from the airport.he guy whostup the toast, doughnut, coffee (no protien) continental breakfast had a tear in his pants and was not personable at all.

“Not a Quality room!”

I had asked for a non-smoking room, the room reaked of smoke. There was stains on the bed covering, and the room was just dirty. We left and stated at the Sleep Inn. I will never book a room with a Quality Inn again!

“Not impressed at all”

service not at all quality, bathroom too small and tub floor very slick/almost fell. towels kid sized, ice machine not working and when reported it to front desk there was not much concern. when trying to call front desk , phone rang several times without answer on more than one occasion.
