You get what you pay for
I wasn't expecting very much and so I wasn't disappointed. Although The location was what I wanted as I knew I was in the area that I wanted to be in. The hotel room was old and run down and the air conditioning did not work. The shower flooded the room and there was a strange panel on the wall for a radio that probably did not work since 1963. I was also the only person staying in the hotel that was not Russian. All the same, none of these points are complaints. It was cheap and I only slept there.

Non aiutare un cliente
Non parcheggiate dove ci sono i dissuasori, mi ha strappato la copertura del sottoscocca, ho avuto il poco aiuto e anche della scortesia da parte del personale dell'hotel(a parte il responsabile),i danni ovviamente saranno a carico mio visto che hanno fatto orecchie da mercante, è da un po' di giorni che sto aspettando una loro telefonata........sulla stanza non posso dire nulla perché al check-in ci hanno spostato in un altro albergo (che nn aveva parcheggio) vicino perché i servizi igienici erano rotti. Infine quando sono andato a riprendere il pezzo rotto uno del personale (che si spacciava come il responsabile )continuava a spazzare le foglie piuttosto che darmi una mano, anzi in modo scortese e aggressivo nei miei confronti. Albergo da incubo insomma.

L'unico pregio è la posizione.
L'hotel Arpa di Rimini non e' decisamente un posto che consiglierei ad alcuno per soggiornarvi, men che meno per una vacanza. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata, la 128, era squallida e sporca: nella cornice di legno alla testa del letto c'erano polvere e insetti, ho dovuto scostare il letto dalla parete. Quando ho prenotato, ho chiesto una doppia con due letti singoli e mi hanno dato una matrimoniale con un letto a castello in metallo scrostato. Il bagno era a dir poco squallido e il personale scostante, non capiva molto l'italiano ed era pure poco educato: in meno di 12 ore di soggiorno mi sono sentita chiedere se fossi una cliente due volte. L'aria condizionata non dava segni di vita. Se non potete permettervi di meglio, restate a casa vostra

Hotel Arpa, soggiorno per 2.
Hotel ben posizionato, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro di Rimini, quindi non serve la macchina per spostarsi. Il personale è molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Parlando della stanza di cui ho usufruito, la 229, erano presenti, tv lcd, cassaforte, aria condizionata, un ampio terrazzo, letto matrimoniale, e bagno privato. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, la stanza anche se ben tenuta è molto piccola, un po' più grande del letto e il bagno piccolo e troppo spartano. Tenendo conto però dei lati positivi il giudizio globale è comunque buono.

Tres bon accueil, prix serré, bien situé pour aller sur la plage. Le wifi est un poil capricieux, mais l'hotel Tiberius voisin a visiblement un routeur de bonne qualité ;).
