Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Though it felt like bit understaffed. But everyone was helpful. Facility was excellent. Had everything we would need. Breakfast was good, though the space for sitting was bit limited.

Room was awesome. No towel rack near bathroom sink. Unorganized breakfast buffet. No juice glasses out. No coffee or hot water for tea. Customers having to clean their tables. Garbage cans were full. 9 am

Stayed for a night and everything went pretty well. We got an ADA room for some reason and it was next to generators and bring laundry for whatever reason in the room would vibrate all the time and that was not the best.

The front desk staff was friendly but that is the only good thing about this place. The pool is dirty and has algae growing in it. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed thru Thursday. Not one time did our room get serviced. We had to beg the front desk for a clean towel, coffee and toilet paper. Would not recommend this place and have changed my upcoming trip to another establishment.

Death valley family trip
I had a paid reservation for 3 people. In my stay day, my car broke down and had to tow it back home. I rented one car. I arrived late because of all these issues. The front desk clerk had only one room available with one king bed. He even offered me, politely, if I wanted, I could find another room around. Tired, with car issues and only one bed for three, I got the room and agreed to a 40% discount for the night. Next day, I mentioned my accord and requested to see such discount on paper, the clerk on that time did not want to and asked me to call in week. I called and was told the request was in process. One month later and this hotel management do not want to grant their part of the deal. Room was okay but the desk lamp was broken, I called front desk, they do not have anybody else to help but the person on the front desk, and he couldn't fix it. I couldn't use my laptop because the others wanted to sleep without the lights on. My concern is that hotels like this only want their money invested back with interest, a lot of. They do not offer at least good quality stay for money, it is just: give me, give me!

5 star for the check in staff and cleanliness of the lobby and the rooms. Breakfast is the usual continental with cereals, yogurts, fruits, bread, bagel, sausage and scrambled eggs. There is an automatic pancake machine, but it wasn't working when we were there.

Loved the spacious room. Went down for coffee in am and coffee pot was empty. Several guests were noticeably disappointed. Another pot wasn’t brought out for approximately 20 minutes. Should maybe have a backup pot to keep guests served. If someone was in a strict time frame to leave they wouldn’t have any to drink before heading out.
