"I have stayed at this hotel several times throughout at least 20 years. The decor has not changed. The rooms and common spaces are elegant, the staff always friendly. This time the distance to walk to the train station was an important factor. "

"Very pleasant one night stay . Hotel has a beautiful reception area and gardens. Our room was bright and sunny with views. We walked into Sergovia - about 25 mins though there are 2 buses which would take you there too. "

Points of attention: Parking garage has very small roads and is cramped. There is an elevator, but the hotel can only be entered by stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs etc. "
